Very good service, accomodation and breakfast

No swimming pool not even a gym

Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit, car nous allions à Skiathos. Il est donc difficile d'en dire beaucoup mais il nous a paru très bien. Le personnel aimable. Nous y avions d'ailleurs oublié quelque chose dans une des chambres et cela a été retrouvé, nous l'avons récupéré au retour. La situation nous convenait car l’hôtel se trouvait près du port d'embarquement du bateau.

We frequently stay here on our way to the islands as it is usually very quiet and relaxing after a long journey.

On our last stay unfortunately there were many school children staying and we had a disturbed noisy night.It was unfortunate but we would stay again .

there was A problem with the hot water it was not keeping A steady temperature and you were either suddenly burning yourself or yoy had to set A very low temperature

I thought that it was a bit expensive for what it was!

The inside of the hotel was nice, the rooms were spacious and clean the decor was fine but this is most definitly not the 4 star luxury hotel they are claiming to be.The problem was outside the hotel (see below)

The rooms were a bit tired looking and needed an update. The curtains for example in our room were coming away from the curtain track pole. The hotel staff forget to give us 3 towels when they changed the towels and they did not replace the toilet paper when this was needed. The worst bit about the hotel was the location. The webiste was very vert misleading on the actual location, the hotel was surrounded by graffitti walls, the view from our room was of a rubbish storage aera from the large super market near by. The hotel said we had 'city views' which I beg to differ, we were opposite a block of grey flats, and a rubbish dump the opposite flats could see into our room, and the view was awful. The balcony could barely fit one person standing on it. Just directly outside the main entrance to the hotel is a very questionable park, which after 10pm we felt unsafe walking through it. There are a lot of drunks and drug abusers which habit the park in the late evening which made us feel unsafe. There is also a large and very very noisy open air music concert hall almost directly opposite the hotel holding concerts mid week and weekends into the late hours of the night ( 4am/ 5am). Even with the windows shut and the noise of the air con you could hear the house/rave music playing late into the early morning which mean't we had a few sleepless nights. With a young family this is not what we expected. When we asked the hotel about this they replied ' Thats life'. The hotel webiste was very misleading about this aspect and had we known this before we would not have booked this hotel. The breakfast was average often the food was stale and they mixed up containers in which they serve the juices which mean't all the juices tasted like grapefruit juice, thats fine if you like grapefruit juice. The pastries and croisants seemed like they had been there for a number of days. The eggs were burnt and the toaster only cooks one side of the bread at a time.

Very good location.Very nice modern hotel

a nice big luxury hotel, staff as usually for luxury hotel distanced and busy, but ok. greek standard breakfast with big chioce. view on the harbour is nice. you can walk to the seafront where you can find lots of restaurants.

the city theatre is right in front of the hotel and roofless. performances might last till 1 a.m. and can be pretty loud.

The reception staff were very efficient Knowledgable and friendly and the location for purchasing goods to transport by ferry were execellent.

The breakfast staff left a little to be desired in efficiency and general attitude. The hot food and beverages should have been hot as intended.

Excellent hotel for catching the ferry to the Sporades islands - close to the port but in a quiet area. Most important for us is the secure and safe parking. This is our second stay and we will definitely stay again on our return from the islands.

The hard pillows!

the hotel is well situated to the bus and fery terminal. it is also central to the downtown. room was spacious and clean but the hotel has no fitness vacilities. Staff were extremely helpful.

Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο σταθμό και 5' περπάτημα από το λιμάνι και τα τσιπουράδικα. Εξαιρετικός μπουφές πρωινού και πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Πολύ καλή τιμή για αυτό που προσέφερε.
