Excellent location in the city, within a few minutes (it means 2-5 minutes) of walking you get to the beach, restaurants, shops, bus stop (number 21 from Iraklion), surprisingly although hotel is placed in downtown it is very quiet place. Comfortable rooms, very nice people. Only one minor recommendation: for tourists who come via local bus would be helpfull to write that the hotel is right at bus stop number 21, price for local air-conditioned bus from Iraklion airport to Voula hotel is only 3 Euros, travel time 30 minutes.

good location. Even if only a few steps away from the Hersonissos busy nightlife (...for whom it likes..) the hotel is located in a very quiet position. Easy to reach from Heraklion airport (bus station No 21 quiet in front of the hotel). Pretty appearance with essential but adequate equipment. Small shadowy garden to take breakfast. Nice, helpful and polyglot management, descreet and easy going. For there was no single room anymore as booked, I got a double one with a big terrace!

What you see is what you get, a very simple (even primitive) accommodation for a very reasonable amount of money, without any hidden extra-charges. Free wifi from neighbours. Staff was helpful.

Sehr gut gelegen, in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und doch nahe dem Strand und dem Ortskern mit allerlei Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind recht einfach und zweckmäßig, aber sauber und teilweise mit schönen großen Balkonen. Das Personal ist wirklich ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und nett. Preis-Leistung ist super!

Voula hotel ligger veldig sentralt, men også litt unna bargaten. Så hvis du vil ha det rolig så er det bare å være der eller dra oppover mot gamlebyen, men det er ikke lange veien å gå til der livet er. Personalet er veldig hjelpsomme og snakker I tillegg norsk. Norsk tv I resepsjonene så man får med seg de viktigste nyheter fra hjemme. Alt man trenger hjelp til får man hjelp til.
