Excellent helpful receptionist, wonderful room, great location.

Nice little balcony but with no safety barriers, not suitable for children.

The studios are in the very center of old town. It is right next to the port. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The studio/apartment with kitchenette was a great comfort to have. It was nice being able to cook and be in a "home" environment. The studio was very cozy and it was nice to have a wardrobe and chest or drawers as well as a sofa and table for relaxing. I would recommend these studios and I didn't have a single problem. It was quiet during the day and night and there are plenty of restaurants as well as supermarkets right around the corner. Great location, price and rooms.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very tastefully furnished, the bed was extremely comfortable, and there was even a small kitchen to make breakfast. It was also right in the center of town.

All doors are slammed shut due to stiff locks eckoing down hall at all hours Wi fi cuts out at ? Midnight

Vranas is in a great location in Chania. We had a lovely room overlooking the Square. Clean, comfortable rooms with beds made for us daily. The Manageress, Alexandra, was an absolute gem. We had a problem with our light and she fixed the problem in no time. When we requested a light blanket on our beds, they were delivered straight away. Alexandra also gave us tips on some good places to eat, what buses to catch, beaches to go to and provided us with maps. She made our stay very enjoyable, nothing was a problem for her. The maid even helped us down the stairs with our baggage!

Great rooms with lots of amenities like stove top, fridge, and ac. Great price and the location is unbeatable!

Perfect location for the city and the port, the beach is only a short walk away. The staff were lovely and very helpful though, as the rooms are well appointed and set up for independence, we barely had a chance to talk to them because we were too busy enjoying our holiday.

The room was clean and spacious. The location was right in the heart of the town yet we never had any problems with noise at night. I had read on previous notices posted on your site that there may be an issue with the plumbing smelling, however, our room didn't smell at all.

We were on the top floor which after a long hard day on the beach could be a bit of a drag climbing the 69 steps to our room. However it was a small price to pay. If you have health issues you would be better requesting a lower floor.

the hotel is very central. good value for money. near to everything. and the staff is very helpful.

It's location is ideal, in the middle of the city of Chania in a romantic street. The apartments are very spacious.

The kitches is unpractical as it is cramped in the corner. But Chania has many good restaurants, so you won't be bothered by this unless your budget is too tight.
