beautiful room, I could have stayed a long time,but they were booked.

Walking distance from the port and the lovely alleys. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very cheap and value for money. Not necessary to take breakfast since you can have breakfast at one of the many coffee shops near by.

If you wake up easily then u might be disrupted from people going up the stairs and closing their doors during the night. But that about it no other negative comment to make

bathroom in room 32 needs attention

Very clean. Towels changed daily. Large room which was well equipped and with two sunny balconies. Plenty of cupboards and drawer space.

The fastenings on the one balcony door was broken making it impossible to secure it shut. Also the door lock was difficult to operate .

Everything was excellent! Staff recommendations for dining were best ever! Thus we were able to avoid the tourist eateries & eat exceptionally well. Location fantastic; loved the balcony for people watching...

Location - close to harbour in Chania's Old Town. Staff - friendly, welcoming and helpful. Comfort - large room with comfortable bed - cleaned every day. Price - very reasonable for a week's stay

Not being able to stay longer !

Good location in the old town. Few mins walking will be at the harbor. My husband likes the old style decoration. Kitchen is practical. Balcony is really conformable for breakfast and drinks. TV is bigger than average.

Parking is difficult. Car can not reach the hotel.

Beautiful room. I had two balconies that let in a lot of natural light and it was very nice to sit out there, relax, and people watch. I had a big room all to myself with all the amenities that you could want. The staff was very helpful and friendly and did everything they could to make my stay as pleasant as possible. They provided me with a map and a bus time table. There was also a computer in the lobby for internet use. Vranas Studios is very centrally located, so it's easy to walk around the town and to the bus station. You couldn't ask for a better price, either! I was shocked at what an amazing room I got for the price I paid. I wish I spent more time there!

I loved the location, it seemed like everywhere we went in oldtown we were about 5 minutes to the room. The staff went out of their way to help us and breakfast was excellent.

Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Frequent clean linen and towels. Excellent position in old town.

One or two fittings needed attention eg. wall-hook for shower was broken.

Liked it very much - the trip to the top floor gave me all the exercise I needed twice a day and then I could relax in the sun with a clear conscience! The german girl at the desk was outstanding - friendly helpful and unfailingly cheerful.The room was tastefully decorated and was kept very clean - by a lovely smiling cleaner.Linen was regularly replaced and the balcony was just big enough to sit on and watch the world go by- or dry clothes. Easy ,free access to the internet was a bonus.

Those doors do need fixing - they rattle in the wind and are just difficult enough to lock that it makes a noise when people come and go. On the eco front - no evidence of recycling - could you give people the option of not having their linen washed so often . I would happily have had the same sheets and towels for the week I would have liked a tea or coffee in the room after the journey- just a sachet or two !

Beautiful rooms! the quality/price ratio is unbeatable!

It is close to the bus station and just next to the main street for shopping, restaurants. We stayed only one night. It was ok.

Bath was very very small, I am not big person and it was hard for me to take bath.

We were very surprised at how good this was! Rooms are really spacious (we stayed in two different ones), beds are huge and comfortable and very, very clean. We wanted to stay more nights but they were booked out!

The staff smoking in reception...but it's Greece, so what are you going to do?!

The accomodation was very comfortable. Above all was the very professional and helpful staff. Nothing was toouch trouble.

Everything was perfect. Location was right in the centre.

room size, location, kitchenette, price, staff, service, balcony overlooking square, Wifi that really worked, breakfast, walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a perfect stay in Vranas Studios which located in a cosy street in the heart of Old Chania. Very clean, spacious room and bathroom. Very beautiful furniture compared to Greek standards. Everything you need for a comfortabl staey is there. Perfect service. Maybe next time we go for a suite. The lady at the reception let us have a look and we loved it. Some 4 star rooms are definitely not as nice as this one. And the price is a lot better at Vranas. This is what I call value for money.

We liked the location,in the old town,close to all amenities and good value for money,the lady at reception was very nice,we would stay there again.

The location of Vranas Studios could not be better. It is on a street closed to cars and is in the center of the old city. It is a fantastic value for money. We liked it better than the five-star hotel we stayed in a few days later.
