The hotel room and hotel area was ok, very nice location just nex to a supermarket, just a few minutes walk to faliraki sentrum, the beach and to the busstop to Rhodes city. Pool view is recomended-very nice in the afternoons and evenings. Even thoug the bathroom was very dirty, it was worth what we paid for it. The room (particularly bathroom and kitchen) was extremely dirty-I don't think they ever washes the sink. No reseption, so the staff can be difficulte to get hold of. The pool was a littlebit small and not suited for kids. The hotel announced wi-fi, but it was only availabe down by the pool. |

Very nice looking and not very big hotel, located very near to Faliraki main intertaiment street and some 7 minutes walk from seaside. We had big terrace with fantastic view. There is a cookig facility in the room, fridge and air condition what is very important. Little supermarket just in next building. Very quite area, but close to main Faliraki points. Rooms were cleaned once in 2 days, but it was not a big problem. |

Very nice and clean hotel, good location, sufficient room facilities, cousy pool. The pool bar/reception was closed almost always during our stay. |

bella struttura. camere spaziose anche se spartane. dotate di ampi terrazzi. per chi vuole vivere in assoluta indipendenza una vacanza al mare. disponibilità dei proprietari a risolvere ogni tuo problema. la doccia poco funzionale |

durante il nostro soggiorno è stato possibile accedere gratuitamente ad internet non abbiamo gradito la presenza di tende leggere: per cui al sorgere del sole alle 6 la stanza si illuminava a giorno. le stoviglie a disposizione non erano lavate in modo adeguato e non vi era a disposizione nè una spugna nè il detersivo per porvi rimedio. |

It was low season and quiet and good to relax. Great balcony! Amble rooms and new, clean furniture . Very nice pool area, a lot of flowers. Only 400 meter to beach, must cross Kalithea Avenue and 700-800 meter to Faliraki centre. This hotel was pleasant surprise. |

Lo mas positivo es la calidad humana del personal del hotel, si bien no manejabamos bien el ingles se han esforzado por entendernos . El Baño!!! No existen mamparas ni cortinas, cada baño significaba una inundacion. |

1. staff non all'altezza di gestire una struttura 2. pulizie della camera inesistenti (solo 1 giorno) 3. servizi offerti presenti solo in alcune camere 4. aria condizionata asciugacapelli compresi nel prezzo non c'erano 5. non ci sono tende da doccia 6. ragazzi ubriachi urlano quasi tutte le notti fino alle 6.00am. 7 non sò perchè questo albergo è presente su un'importante portale come Booking.com |
