Windmill Studios

The whole experience was nothing but negative.

(a) The studio was full of bugs (crickets, ants, etc.), which made it impossible for us to get a relaxing moment or even open the windows in the middle of the hot summer period. (b) When we notified the manager about the bugs problem, his first response was that we were overreacting and then, after we insisted on leaving, he suggested authorising a pest repellers work during our stay! (c) The studio was not cleaned to an acceptable standard in the first place -for example, the floor in bedroom was full of hairs. (d) The areas of the studio turned out to be completely different from what advertised in the pictures -the place was old and not well maintained, the bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable, with the shower room being too narrow and not separated from the rest of the bathroom area, not even with a curtain. Given our unpleasant experience, we stayed in Windmill Studios for only 1 night, for which we paid the full corresponding amount, and then left without having ensured an alternative place to stay. Luckily enough, we found a lovely hotel for the remaining of our holiday, which in fact cost us 32% less!

The first impression was good . We stayed at a renovated Old Wind mill .It is not a Hotel but appartments for rent so do not expect stuff to serve you .

There were several problems at the appartment . First of all electricity was not stabile and if you were using certain devises such as the heaters ( our visit was during April) the lights went out . The major problem though was the water supply . We were out of water half the day . When we called the manager he told us that it does not happen very often but sometimes the presure of the water is low and it can not reach our appartment . The stairs that were leading at the top floor were a litle dangerous

ο χώρος διαμονής ήταν παρα πολύ βρώμικος, καθόλου προσεγμένος, τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες δεν αλλάχτηκαν καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας και γενικά δεν υπήρχε τίποτα το οποίο να αιτιολογεί την υψηλή τιμή αυτού. ευτυχώς το νησί ήταν υπέροχο και δεν χρειάστηκε να παραμείνουμε πολλές ώρες στο δωμάτιο!!!
