A great friendly family run hotel. Which was always clean and tidy. Close to the beach and shops.

Friendly family hotel in a very convinient location.

This is a nice little family run hotel. It's fairly basic but completely adequate.. I did find it a bit noisy at night.. Well, specifically, the dustbin lorries which come around at 3am every morning.. But it's possible you'd experience that problem in a lot of places in Kos! I suggest ear plugs. It's quite conveniently located just slightly outside the busiest part of town, which I think is great.. And it is about 100 yards from the beach, although not the best beaches. Still you can hire a bike for 3 euros right outside the door and peddle to whichever beach you like. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked.

A bit noisy at night (as I mentioned above) and the shower could have been better but was adequate. It's not a beautiful hotel, not quaint or picturesque but it's functional and reasonable, clean, friendly and relatively cheap!

Demetrios and his mother went above and beyond the call of duty to provide service and make people feel comfortable. Demetrios ever went online and booked plane tickets and a hotel at our next stop for us.

It's a bit further from town and on the other side of the town from tourist hell (I.E. neon signs and clubs) which was a huge plus for us. Still walkable and there is a bike hire place next door, minimarts close by and the "beach" at the end of the road (generally the beaches on this side aren't great). 24 hour reception meant we could book in at 5am when our ferry arrived. A/c, tv, small fridge, electric kettle and own balcony. Budget rooms but fine. Staff were ok but not that organised, had to find someone when we checked out and then paid. Turns out our credit card had already been charged but that person didn't know. They emailled us straight away though and we were able to go back for a cash refund (they were going to send it to our bank) so all in all extremely honest, although disorganised!

No complaints at all but don't stay here if you're expected 5 star and a pool. This is budget and quiet and away from the normal kos "scene"

helpful friendly staff and quiet location near the waterfront with balcony. Comfortable beds and pillows. Bus stop nearby. Lift makes taking bag to higher floor easy. Nice public areas. Wifi worked in room. Good aircon. Smallish shower but good shower curtain makes for functional bathroom.

maybe some muesli or oats or grainy bread as a breakfast alternative to white bread and cake?

Rooms are simply in bad shape. sower water will flood the whole room. Even being inexpensive it is very poor value for monies. We paid the whole stay (29€/day) but after first night we switcched to clean, well situated much better place in Kos for 45€/day and it was worth changing. And if you leave later than 10.00 am and you come back at 20.00 pm - do not expect that you will find your room clean

Non mi è piaciuto nulla. Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel. Dalle foto sembra un nuovo hotel invece le camere sono obsolete- puzza di stantio- il bagno fatiscente- pulizia scarsissima- la colazione è meno che modesta- si mangia solo plum cake -latte e thè- l'unica persona cortese è la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile pur non conoscendo l'italiano.periodo di soggiorno pasqua 2011***

η επίπλωση είναι φτωχή. τα είδη υγειηνής και το μπάνιο συνολικά ήταν κατώτερο των προσδοκιών μας (π.χ. δεν παρείχε σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο). η ηχομόνωση είναι φτωχή.
