Hotel staff is very nice, and also location is comfortable - closely to the beach, town center and to good bikes rental.

Room to full of beds(I was a single visitor) .The nececity to pay extra for air conditioning (35 eu for a week).shower and toilete to small . Poor breakfast.Broken sink.

It's a bit further from town and on the other side of the town from tourist hell (I.E. neon signs and clubs) which was a huge plus for us. Still walkable and there is a bike hire place next door, minimarts close by and the "beach" at the end of the road (generally the beaches on this side aren't great). 24 hour reception meant we could book in at 5am when our ferry arrived. A/c, tv, small fridge, electric kettle and own balcony. Budget rooms but fine. Staff were ok but not that organised, had to find someone when we checked out and then paid. Turns out our credit card had already been charged but that person didn't know. They emailled us straight away though and we were able to go back for a cash refund (they were going to send it to our bank) so all in all extremely honest, although disorganised!

No complaints at all but don't stay here if you're expected 5 star and a pool. This is budget and quiet and away from the normal kos "scene"

It is close to the beach, and just next to the main road. For those who want to go to airport by bus, there is a bus terminal 15 minutes walk from hotel. But you have to find it, first you go to the main road (the road along the sea), and walk towards the port, when you see a sign saying "airport", I think it is infront of a ice-cream shop, you just turn left as the sign points. And walk about 10 minutes straight ahead, when you see a sign of "center", turn right and you can see a sports shop, walk up a little bit, it is easy to see the bus terminal.

the staf was very friendly especialy the owner was very hepfull,the location of the hotel was very good few minutes walk to the center and resaurants and rentals in the surounding area.

Rooms are simply in bad shape. sower water will flood the whole room. Even being inexpensive it is very poor value for monies. We paid the whole stay (29€/day) but after first night we switcched to clean, well situated much better place in Kos for 45€/day and it was worth changing. And if you leave later than 10.00 am and you come back at 20.00 pm - do not expect that you will find your room clean

Romene er noe slitt og det er noe lytt.

L'hotel nel complesso è 1 buon hotel la camera è buona l'hotel è vicino al porto e a 2 noteggi è a 5 minuti d scooter dalla piazza il personale è veramente cordialissimo solo ke x cose particolari dovete parlare col figlio cmq io c ho fatto 1a settimana e c si sta bene Consiglio x ki nn ha pretese
