This place is wonderful. It's calm, quiet and well-equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The surrounding area feels a bit down-market. Immediately close at hand feels a bit run-down and the nearest beach is uninspiring. But drive 10 mins east to Anapoli, turn left for the coast and it becomes much better.

staff is very friendly, rooms very clean every room has a balcony many green is round the rooms and the hotel, it is really great place for a holiday. I can only recommended to all of you looking for quiet place to stay and still near to all beaches and things to see in the east part of Crete .

The service and rooms were excellent, very clean and comfortable; towels and linen changed regularly. The hotel is beautifully kept, lovely flowers, good seating areas with rooms well spaced apart with a lovely swimming pool. Good parking. Hotel providing breakfast and own small kitchen with fridge, kettle and coffee machine was really good. The manager and staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Quiet location, a short walk to beach and/or village. I can only say good things about this hotel and staff and would recommend it without reservation and will look forward to another stay.

De omgeving mooie tuin in totaal kaal veld het strand op ongeveer 500meter is niet mooi en klein

Le cadre général , l'architecture ( petits bungalows de trois ou quatre logements indépendants dans notre cas ) Propreté des lieux , accueil très sympatique , calme .. Equipement de la chambre .. Configuration permettant une certaine intimité. Notre hôtel était très bien paysagé et en plus les plantations étaient très bien entretenues...

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir prendre un petit déjeuner très tôt le matin . Toutefois la gérante nous a procuré le nécessaire pour prendre un PDéj dans notre chambre ...

Sehr schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal, schöne Gartenanlage, günstige Entfernung zum Flughafen. Hotel eignet sich gut für Städtereise Heraklion oder als letzte Übernachtung vor dem Rückflug. Für Badeurlaub eher nicht geeignet, da Entfernung zum Strand relativ weit und außerdem sind die Strände überfüllt und nicht sehr reizvoll (überfüllt und Fluglärm)

Hôtel proche de l'aéroport c'est pourquoi nous l'avions choisi pour notre dernière nuit en Crète. Les chambres sont de belle taille et bien équipées. Le personnel et notamment la responsable est très accueillant et très sympathique.

This hotel exeeded my expectations as I didn't think it would be that good- we used it to stay as a stop over once we arrived in Crete- the rooms are quiet and it feels like you are in a very small village with all the green and plants around. we used the pool which also has a childern section and our baby loved it. Nice family-run hotel with nice stuff.

Although the breakfast choices were nice, they were very few- you couldn't choose much.

Ho soggiornato per due anni di seguito in questa struttura nuova, pulita, ben integrata nella natura. Molto rilassante e piacevole. Staff cortese e molto disponibile.

Accueil et hôtel très agréable. Chambre très confortable et bien équipée à un prix correct. Piscine sympa et proximité avec le Crétaquarium qui ravira les grands comme les petits.

Ne pas négliger la proximité de l'aéroport d'Héraklion malgré les 15 km qui les séparent nous voyons et entendions fréquemment le passage des avions. Autre bémol, non imputable à l'hôtel, la propreté de la plage municipale de Gouves sur laquelle nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de retrouver du mazoute.

Angenehme Anlage mit vielen Baümen und Pflanzen; sehr freundliches Personal

Les appartements sont tout neufs, très propres, spacieux et bien équipés. La piscine est grande.

Les environnements immédiats de l'hôtel sont sans intérêt (voisin d'un camp militaire), la qualité du service n'est pas celle attendue d'un Best Western.

Clean spacious apartment with friendly helpful staff. Good quiet location, chosen for last night of holiday close to airport, and it was a nice relaxing choice.

Swimming pool needs cleaning, but maybe we were too early in season. Although it was good to have a kettle and a coffee maker, the latter had not been cleaned out since it was last used.
