The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The location is very central and not noisy at all.
very friendly staff, perfect location in the center but still in the silent part, the variety of breakfast was good, clean rooms clean bathroom, perfect heating, free street parking available all around the hotel.
everything was perfect for us, but if you are traveling with friends or business partner and stay in room as ours (i hope the other rooms are not the same) it is not possible to use the toilet, there is not privacy at all since the door is transparent and it is located next to the bad.
Friendly, excelent servises, walking distance from the center, nice room.
They can have better Amenities in the bathroom
Nice Location, Very polite owner, Rooms ok
1. While they made a generous offer to upgrade to a junior suite, they charged me for parking on the street outside the hotel. No problem to pay for parking space but to charge the public street space is not a good move 2. Seen on other hotels as well, they use a special cover underneath the mattress to protect it, however this is usually very warm, extremely warm, its like having an extra blanket... Sleeping was very difficult, excessive heat due to this fact 3. Bathroom window has no blind and because the toilet doors are glass doors, light is waking you up.
Everything was within a walking distance and therefore there was no need to rent a car. As it was located in the center the building was not very new but it was fully renovated.
I would prefer a wooden door instead of the glass one for the bathroom!!!
Athena on front desk was very helpful and welcoming. She showed me two rooms and gave me the choice, both of which were great.
Clean, staff, stuff
Parking Small rooms
Located in the city centre, close to the Aristotelous square, but still in a quiet and secure area. Very polite and helpful staff.
Location was excellent Staff were smiley and helpful room was clean
Breakfast was very poor and basic. Wanted a cup of tea one morning so poured myself hot water from the thermos jug, the water was discoloured before I had even put the teabag in..was put off by this.
Staff was truly excellent; cannot say enough good about them. Melitsa (hope I am spelling it correctly) went way out of her way to help us find out about buses from Thessaloniki to Skopje, which turned out to be very difficult to find. Very good breakfast. Location in the heart of downtown--walking distance to main attractions and many nearby restaurants.
Parking on the narrow street was a problem, but the hotel has arrangements with nearby parking garages. Rooms are a bit Spartan, and steps into the small lobby and reception area made it difficult to navigate with suitcases.
Location is good. Period building is interesting. Nearby parking was convenient.
The 2 bedroom junior suite we booked was not available when we arrived, and we were given a double with camp bed (rollaway) instead. Staff initially tried to persuade us this substitution was normal - or possibly our fault. After a lot of arguing they found us another room for our second night, at which point they became super-apologetic. The whole experience could have been so much better if they had not adopted such a flip-flop attitude. Breakfast is very uninspiring. Decor mashes together old-style business hotel with a few boutique touches. They need more competition to make them up their game!
Staff very friendly and extremely helpful
All facilities average
The view - minor inconvenient.
The location and friendly staff. Good wifi.
Had to ask to change rooms after the first night as the noise form the bar on the street prevented us sleeping (we got a very quiet room the next day), the breakfast was quite poor, and the bed was so hard it was rather uncomfortable. Our second room was clearly not one of the refurbished ones and was very dated (although quiet!).
The architecture inherits old and very modern elements, it is a beatiful mixture. The staff is very friendly, our room was not big but very stylish and a spacious balcony.
location staff condition of rooms bed
Good service all around. Room well equipped. Situated in a quiet side street, close to the centre.
It's a good hotel but the label 'boutique' is maybe a bit too much.
Very central location, with good tavernas nearby. Friendly and very helpful staff. Good shower.
Somewhat hard bed
This is at most a 1 star hotel. Ugly entrance. Very bad and dirty neigbour. Old fashioned room. Poor breakfast. Cannot understand from booking site the poor quality of this hotel. I am told there are two kinds of rooms in this hotel...this is probably the reasons for the different opinions...
A typical Boutique hotel small and bijou.
The bed was much too hard so couldn't sleep and no onsite parking which proved to be a nightmare.
There is a big gap under (each) room's front door! So that you can hear other tourists talking, arguing, yelling at their children, snorring, having sex in their rooms ... needless to say, you are aware of everything happening on the corridor ... on the good side, in the morning you can smell from your room the freshly brewed coffee in the breakfast room on the ground floor ;) Speaking of breakfast: it is only basic food, in a country where food is awesome: no feta cheese, some tasteless tomatoes (in August!), some faded apricots, none of the gorgeous peaches you can find at any corner of the street, some half-baked pastries. The only good thing was the coffee. Also, don't understand why this hotel claims itself as a "boutique hotel".
The friendly staff, the central location of it near the main shopping streets Tsimiski, Aristotelous and Agias Sofias. Near the restaurant areas Ladadika where the food is amazing. The comfortable rooms both the first time we stayed and the second. The hospitality we felt and the good service from all the staff.
Not easy to park in that area. The location of the hotel it is not that appealing but is very convenient to move to restaurants, shopping area etc on foot. The breakfast could be better and with more varieties. Also there are no areas for relaxation or recreation. A small reception and a small breakfast room.
- Quiet location in the centre. - Beautifully decorated spacious room and bathroom. - Very nice and helpful staff. - Good breakfast available all morning.
The extra beds for the children were not so comfortable and creaked.
Really close to the city center. The room was spacious and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly. All making for a pleasant stay.
Nothing really, everything was ok.
