Great location- 2 min walk to Perissa Beach, very close to bus stops, markets, bars, cafes and taverns. Quiet, very clean big room w/refrigerator, A/C and tv. The couple that owns it is very personable and accommodating. Very relaxed atmosphere. |

The owners were just adorable. Pure greek hospitality and a feeling of home.. The establishment was quiet and clean, the rooms were spacious and practical with all basic comforts available. Thank you for the wonderful stay. |

la cortesia del signor Valvis, la vicinanza al mare: 3 minuti a pieni dalla spiaggia di Perissa, la grandezza della stanza. il bagno: molto piccolo, la rumorosità delle stanze:insonorizzazione inesistente |

Ruhige Lage, Strandnähe, Nähe zum Ortskern, gute Erreichbarkeit mit Linienbus, freundliche Vermieter/Personal; Vermieterin hat sofort nach der Buchung Mailkontakt aufgenommen und stand für Fragen zur Verfügung. Terrasse der Nachbarn war direkt neben unsrem Fenster; Perissa ist nicht der schönste Ort auf Santorini (aber für ruhigen Strandurlaub o.k.) |

La tranquillità dell'hotel, la posizione vicina alla spiaggia di Perissa, distante 100mt . vicinanza a dei discreti ristoranti e bar sul lungo mare con prezzi ragionevoli: un secondo di pesce con contorno acqua e vino sfuso, mai sopra i 15euro a testa.inoltre 15min. dall'aereoporto e in paese molteplici le possibilita di noleggiare motorini auto e quad. |

la gentillesse du personnel,même s'ils ne parlent pas vraiment anglais,ils arrivent à communiquer,offrent cafés,fruits,..souriants.. J'ai adoré ce studio mais voici 1 inconvénient imp.:les taxis et environs ne trouvent pas le studio et c'est stressant..cela est arrivé aux voisins de moi aussi. 1 téléphone aurait pu être utile(mais il y en a pleins de public et cartes tél.économiques),une piscine aurait été agréable(c'est sûr que le prix ne serait plus le même).1 détail pas très important:serviettes sales pas changées.. |
