Very Very Nice hotel, Small but really nice rooms with a very nice and calming design spotless clean,

The hosts hiroko and spiros were warm and welcoming. They are very proud of their hotel and it's obvious. They take pride in the presentation of the room and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. They enjoy the company of their guests and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Never have we stayed in a place where the owners have given us gifts on our departure! We were presented with a bottle of local wine and a Greek cookbook to mark as momento of our visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to perissa who wants a quiet intimate place to stay within close walking distance to the beach restaurants and shops. This hotel will always remain one of our most favorite places to stay.

The owners were so friendly and helpful and could not do enough for you. As soon as we go there from the airport we were made to feel welcome with a nice cold drink. The hotel was clean and fresh, the room was comfortable with a lovely view over the pool and mountain. Short walk to the beach. Breakfast was lovely and served to you. Lovley garden and pool area.

It was right next to a busy road.

Everything about the hotel was lovely! We stayed for 7 nights and it was really great. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the breakfast every morning was amazing (it even included cake!), the pool was gorgeous, there was an unreal view and the room was really nice and quiet. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk down to the black beach, which is also amazing. The location is great because it's really easy to get around to everything you need on the island. Basically we loved everything about this place! We'd recommend this hotel to anyone and we'll definitely be back!!

where do i begin,Spiros and Rocco hosts par excellance,hotel and gardens and pool area maintained to a phenomenol level without being intrusive,also i must mention Maria the young lady who looks after the rooms so polite and friendly.I must say that if you were inclined to run an hotel then just watch learn from Spiros and Rocco.

The hotel staff was incredible. I couldn't get over how helpful and kind they were. They were always interested in what we planned on doing, then helped us pick the best way to get there, etc. Don't have a bad thing to say about the staff. The room was very clean and tidy. Loved the colours, and felt like we were walking into the room for the first time every time we came back - hotel cleaning staff was great! I felt safe at all times, and didn't worry about my things in the room. There is a little safe box you can lock for things like your passport, small electronics, keys, wallet, etc.

I wasn't a big fan of the shower. It was clean, but very small and the curtain makes up two of the four 'walls'. The floor was often wet afterwards, and the curtain would usually stick to you. I prefer showers that have the shower head attached to the wall above your head, but this shower was waist level. You had to pick up and hold the shower head anytime you wanted to wet your body or wash your hair.

バス停のすぐ側で立地は最高です。 またオーナー、奥様（日本人の方）ともに親切・フレンドリーで居心地が素晴らしくまた泊まりたいホテルです- 。 Wi-Fiも不自由なく電波が届き安心出来ました。 ここは旅行者同士の交流が盛んですごく家庭的・和み感のある誰にでもお勧めしたい施設です。朝食もとても美- 味しかった。是非訪ねて見て下さいね！
