Q esta a la par del westin, q son puntuales, muy familiar El desayuno son americanos y como soy de Centroamérica me hizo falta calor chapin, y una ocasión que no habia ni una sola mesa para desayunar, iba con mi hija le pedí a un joven q me limpiara una mesa u lo q hizo fue poner café

Muy amables, nos gusta mucho porque soy muy accesibles en cuanto.al horario de entrada ya que siempre nos toca llegar muy temprano y eso nos permite llegar a tiempo a nuestras citas, se los agradecemos mucho Todo esta bien

Su ubicacion y atencion. La limpieza de la habitacion y que se escuchaba el sonido de afuera, me imagino las ventanas estan desajustadas.

La calidad de los cuartos. Lo demás deja mucho que desear. Que promueven la tarifa " desayuno incluido" y te lo cobran al momento de cubrir la cuenta. La gente se siente engañada. (Varios comentarios de huéspedes coincidimos) Demora al dar el cambio en dolares cuando uno paga la cuenta Pésimo el servicio del restaurante en el Bufet del desayuno, nNO RECOGEN LOS PLATOS CUANDO UNO HA TERMINADO DE COMER.

Cerca de aeropuerto y buen servicio de transfer Si te alojas un sábado, olvídate de poder dormir. Hay discotecas por los alrededores del hotel y parece que tienes la música en tu habitación.

Safe part of town. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Thank goodness he was there and arranged for us to get a room, even though they had no record whatsoever of the reservation we had made through booking.com. We will never use booking.com again. Once again, they did not have our reservation from booking.com upon arrival. You guys are two for two. I will never use booking.com ever again!
