“ The room was absolutely huge, with a walk in waredrobe and two double beds. We had a great view of the lake and a private balcony. Also it's on the quiet side of the island so there wasn't any music from bars keeping us awake (we stayed on the other side of the island and it was much noisier, although only until 1am when everything shuts down. ”

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was adequate...we were on the top floor and had a wonderful balcony and view of the lake.

Get a room on the deck of the 3rd floor- although you share it with other folks at the hotel, it feels like a private deck. Beautiful to wake up to the view of the water. Best deal we found on the island, even air conditioning in units. It was booked the rest of the weekend so we had to move...!

It was great having a large room facing directly out over the lake. The hotel was also very close to tourist shops and restaurants - La Luna was exceptionally good for ambience, food quality and friendliness of staff.

The room was absolutely huge, with a walk in waredrobe and two double beds. We had a great view of the lake and a private balcony. Also it's on the quiet side of the island so there wasn't any music from bars keeping us awake (we stayed on the other side of the island and it was much noisier, although only until 1am when everything shuts down. Breakfast was not included but that wasn't a big deal. Nothing else to note.

J'ai aime la terrasse sur le lac, le charme de ce petit hotel, et la gentillesse du personel Prix trop eleve pour le coin. Plus ils m'ont facture 8 euros pour 4 petits articles a laver, et on voulu prendre 20% de commission pour changer des dollars. Faites attention aux extras!!

Camera pulita, spaziosa,luminosa, aria condizionata e con un bellissimo affaccio sul lago Wifi non prende nelle camere ma solo dove si trova la reception e la colazione a pagamento

La vue sur le lac, imprenable! Au premier étage, une petite terrace permet de petit-déjeuner le soleil levant, ou diner le soleil couchant, avec une vue superbes. Superbe! Le prix reste malgré tout relativement elevé pour qui y séjournerait sur la durée. D'autant que le petit-déjeuner n'est pas inclus. C'est plus un hôtel pour famille avec enfants ou couple qu'un hotel de "routards".

On lakeside with terrace and nice view, but staff tried to put us in road side under stairs with no view until we complained. It was quiet Difficult to communicate with staff. Although Bookings said room was paid, they insisted our card was not charged and we needed to pay. Ac went out in electrically storm, no backup, but windows opened.

La mejor ubicación dentro del hotel es definitivamente el tercer piso que da a la laguna, ya que tiene un balcón increíble. Las piezas son grande y cómodas. A pesar de no tener piscina se puede usar las de los otros hoteles de la cadena.

The staff were very friendly and happy to help in any way. It felt very secure as there was always someone at the front desk. They even let us store our bags there while we did a little overnight trip to Tikal. The balcony on the third floor was a highlight. The rooms have fridges, cable tv air con and a fan. Great seaside view and pretty much all the hotels are considered central on Flores(its so small). You probably could find a slightly cheaper option that still has ocean views.
