The location - just two blocks from the center of town. The complimentary breakfast each morning - it was delicious. The security of the hotel - I never felt like there would be an issue. The bed - super comfy and cozy.

We liked the decoration of rooms, the ambiance.

Location was a little bit out of the way, regarding major attractions of Antigua. Bathroom was not functioning properly (water from the water taps was either too hot or too cold). Breakfast was so, so. For what we paid, this was not the kind of hotel we expected to find.

The staff was great, helpful, extremely pleasant & a joy. Free breakfast was good, & even though the laundry we sent out wasn't done in time for our departure; they went out of their way to get it back for us quickly to make our flight!

    A cleaner, more detailed bathroom.

Breakfasts excellent; decor fantastic; gardens very good, rooms well appointed with comfortable beds; location good on the dge of town but easily walkable if you didn't want to take the car.

wifi only in public areas; no parking except in a public carpark, although with a cheap rate for hotel guests

The hotel was nicely decorated and in a good location. The staff were friendly as well.

We decided to spent the extra money for the suite because it was the last two days of our trip, but the room had a low ceiling, was dark and stayed really warm and humid the entire time, even with windows open and the fan going. The room didn't feel clean with dusty light fixtures and a moldy shower curtain. The room was very large and even had a jacuzzi tub, but it didn't feel like a boutique hotel. We did peak into a standard room, which looked really nice with high ceilings. Also, the breakfast offered didn't compare to the other places we stayed.

they have to arrange every facilities in hotel. I Came to experience the hotel as hell. becasue there was a musty odor in the room. Narrow room. Also, it was not the sun. heard sex noise. Above all, I went for jacuzzi. it didn't work well.

Excellent location, excellent attention from the staff, good food, comfy beds.

No air conditioner but 95% of the hotels in Antigua does not have air conditioner because the climate is cool.

Staff treatment was very nice. Very close to the center square. Breakfast was delicious.

Location of the parking lot was very far. My room's bathroom was too small with very little space.

Staff was very nice and helpful, they could not be nicer Location was excellent only three blocks away from main square and many other sites like San Francisco and Santa Clara Breakfast was good and service very cordial, with several options

Needs better maintenance, but it is ok.

It's a cute hotel, but way way too expensive, the offer of came with an unexpected 22% extra??!!! Which was not mentioned at the begining. All in all we wouldn't come back

Beautiful rooms, we stayed in a suite for 3 nights with a stone hot tub and then in a standard room for 1 night (seperate booking) fantastic firm, king sized beds, with luxurious bedding. Tastefully decorated, both rooms were a little bit of luxury for the last 4 days of our travels.

There was a little confusion (perhaps lost in translation) with the reception staff regarding our 2nd reservation and also over a booking for a massage but all got sorted eventually.

I spent six nights at Casa Bella and found it excellent. Just three blocks from the main square, it is situated in a quiet, very safe street, and ideally placed for walking around Antigua during the evening. The atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant, with staff who could not be more helpful, and I really miss Angelica, Jorge, Angela and Dora, who did their utmost to make sure I had the perfect stay. Rooms were spacious, well-designed and spotless, while the beds with their stylish linen were a delight. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of different options. There was also free use of a computer in the hotel and good wifi everywhere. I can't wait to be back at Casa Bella!

The hotel was perfect in every way.

The hotel had taken the complete stay of my credit card in various transactions, without mentioning on booking ad that it is a prepaid room. It seemed a bit dodgy.
