So comfortable. Great and helpful staff. Clean ans do cute
A little expensive
Comfortable room and great staff
Wonderful accommodations and I really enjoy connecting with staff and owner. I would highly recommend this hotel. P.S. Breakfast is divine as well..
The staff were helpful, the breakfast was very good and the hotel is in an excellent, quiet, central location.
There was mold in several places and the smell was covered up with strong disinfectant. Had to keep fan on and door open. Three of four days there was no hot water in the shower so we left a day early with no option for a refund.
Helpful, friendly,breakfast good.
Unfortunately no window in room so no fresh air, room 7 I think
Staff very helpful and pleasant. Accommodations wonderful!
Booking through booking.com though surprise me with the end price though. When I see the price on line I think I'm getting a deal. However once I give booking.com their share, plus the hotel, add the exchange etc. it was really no deal at all. I will call them directly next time.
Bilingual staff, excellent wi-fi, quaint room and nice breakfast. I slept like a rock, perfect for mid budget traveler.
1. Location is great, about 7 min walk to park central. 2. Nice hotel from the design point of view. 3. Staff was great and very very helpfull.
1. Wifi is weak in the room and strong only in reception area. 2. If you stay in room nr. 1 or 2 that are very close to reception area, you will have lots of noise from families with kids checking in and out.
Liked everything about this hotel. Comfy beds, great room and helpful welcoming staff.
Amazing canopé / private balcony Very clean Great staff
Friendly staff, excellent attention to detail (tastefully lit and decorated rooms, good selection of soaps, moisturiser, etc. in the bathroom), nice breakfast, fast consistent wifi.
The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, black beans, and toast. Has someone at the front desk 24 hours. Room has a refrigerator and a safe.
We were very disappointed in the quality of the hotel for the price we paid of approx. $200 per night. The hotel building is okay, but the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the linens were poor. My pillows were old and dirty. My daughter's room had feather pillows that were lumpy suggesting age and lack of cleaning. The bathmat in the bathroom was moldy and obviously not cleaned between guests. Towels didn't smell good. Overall room smelled musty.
Angelica and all staff are super friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great hospitality.
The hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance to almost anywhere in the city of Antigua Guatemala. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, breakfast was great ( serve freshly prepared), the beds were very comfortable. There are parking spaces on the street right in front of the hotel at no extra cost (only the Q10 that the Township charges)
There is nothing I did not like, and I was travelling with 5 teenagers and young adults
The hotel was lovely. The lobby was nicely decorated and very inviting. There was a nice breakfast area and a separate sitting area. We had a room with 2 king beds that was very spacious. The room also had a love seat, coffee table, mini-frig and an armoire. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows. The hotel was located about 3-4 blocks from Parque Central, so it was pretty quiet, even on a Friday night. They had a good breakfast- coffee, a fruit plate with fresh OJ, plus the typical Guatemalan breakfast of eggs, queso, beans and fried plantains. The wifi connection was probably the best/fastest connection we had during our entire 2 wks in Guatemala. The natural light in the room was minimal, as the room was down a hallway, but it was offset by plenty of lights by each bed.
There was a small sitting area on the roof, but no view. They provided bottles of filtered water, but there was no "on-demand" water dispenser to refill the botlles, unlike many other hotels in the area have. We were told by the staff that the complimentary breakfast was only for 2 people even though we were paying for 4 people in our room. As we were leaving very early the next morning and wouldn't be having breakfast, they just applied the 2 free breakfasts for that morning to our bill and called it good. I still think that since we were paying for 4 people in the room, that should also include 4 breakfasts.
The hotel is situated close to the central plaza. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They recommended some very good restaurants to us which we enjoyed.
I wish the breakfast could have started sooner. We had a 7:00 tour which was the exact time for the included breakfast.
Staff very friendly and were helpful organising transport and late night cups of coffee. We had a lovely and relaxed 2 night stay. Hugh bed and beautifully decorated room.
small room and dark
friendliness of staff was excellent, they catered to our needs immediately
rooms don't have windows visible mold or mildew on walls in bath room and bedroom.
Helpful staff Good location Nice facilities
nice rooms and very comfortable beds, very helpful staff!
Really helpful staff that opened up late when arrival times went out of the window. A lovely hotel near to the centre of town.
The room was very comfortable, and even luxurious, especially for Guatemala. But we didn't have to pay the price for one of the luxury hotels in Antigua. Hot water, soft beds, TV, strong WiFi, the works! Tasty breakfast and super helpful staff for our first visit to Antigua.
Rooms don't have air conditioning but they do have a fan and Antigua is cool so didn't need AC anyway.
Beds were comfortable Staff nice Meals good Location good Security was great Lots of hot water
We were in front bedroom by the dining area. Noisy in morning when others leaving early for excursions. Also lots of knocking at front door very early in morning to get in. Should set up a bell system as to stop banging. Lots of traffic noise.
