Service, staff, breakfast, cleanliness, coziness, decor, you name it!
holiday season noises in the hallways
Excellent service, great breakfast, comfy room
Food was good and staff was amazing
The readiness of staff to do its best to satisfy our requests. (Coffee at 4:00am to accommodate an early flight.) Directions to safest ATM, best ceviche, pharmacy; any transport arrangement anywhere in Guat; warm welcome and full-time responsiveness. Clean, clean, clean!
Razor ribbon and locked gates. But these are ubiquitous in small properties anywhere in Latin America. We never felt insecure while at the hotel.
solicitous staff pleasant rooms beautiful patio
Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly in organising transport. Lovely sunny garden. Airport transfer was efficiently done.
Lighting in our room was poor.
Huge room and bathroom with all the amenities, lovely garden, wonderful breakfast. Really nice staff, comfortable bed.
Late at night so I am not sure about the neighborhood whether it was safe or not. Not sure where I was in zona 10.
Staff service was excellent Meals were limited in choice from the hotel but plenty available in nearby restaurants, the in house quality is good but simple. Breakfast was an excellent tipico meal.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
Amazing service and hospitality. Location was perfect, enjoyed my stay with the hotel.
My husband and I were looking for a good location, comfort and fair price. We found a great place for our money. Friendly staff, very clean place. A treat. We recommend this place.
The staff was helpful and kind in every possible way. The room was clean and nicely appointed and the shower was hot. The garden right outside my room was a delight to spend a little time in and it was all very convenient tot he airport. They even packed a little brown bag meal since I left very early. All in all my stay there was lovely and I would return and highly recommend it.
Perhaps a yogurt in the brown bag would have made it all that much more special. There was a little noise from the main road a block over but it was early in the evening, so bring ear plugs or music if you are sensitive to that.
The service Veronica gave us , arriving late welcoming us with a cool drink, accommodating us with a different room and waking us up in the morning with fresh coffee, plus arranging a taxi to the airport and to our surprise she handed us a brown bag breakfast , a lovely touch!
The rooms were a little stuffy but after airing out, we slept well, maybe a fan would be helpful!
Very helpful. Arrived very late with 2 children. We shown immediately to the room to get the children settled. Then I went to check in. Excellent transfer from the airport. Great take away breakfast. One of the best hotels that I have stayed in for a long time.
In addition to providing great accommodation before an early morning flight, staff ensured we had something to eat before heading to the airport.
close to the airport really kind staff, even gave a breakfast bag, since we left 5am in the morning
The room and bath were very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The garden was pretty. It is near a park which was closed to traffic on Sunday and since there was little else to do it was great for people and dog watching.
The location is very near the airport and the planes fly just overhead. However, that makes it easy to get to the airport which was our objective. It was difficult communicating with the staff as our Spanish was as bad as their English.
Excellent location, very close to the airport. Safe. Staff were very helpful. Dinner was good.
It was good that they provided a small breakfast in a paper bag to take our our early morning flight. The breakfast could have been better, as it included only a box of juice, an orange, a package of crackers and an un-buttered bread roll with nothing on it.
It is a very nice place, close to the airport and to the city
Close to the airport
Shower was not warm enough to use. The takeaway 'lunch' was not worth taking - it consisted of a dry roll, dry crackers a banana and the worst fruit drink of our trip. But the worst thing was that they neglected to give us a receipt for our cash payment (and I neglected to ask for one) and then they tried to hold us up for a second payment.
Close to the airport, very helpful friendly staff. Clean and spaces room. Welcoming juice on arrival and a very secure hotel. Very early transfer to airport a breeze and arranged by hotel
Limited food options from local hotel, or they order in for you. Our transfer driver from Antigua had trouble finding hotel, out of the way place in a side street
Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location
Extremely helpful staff, large rooms, lovely breakfast garden. Thoughtfully decorated. Secure parking. More like a guest house than a hotel.
- prompt confirmation of my reservation and response to email. - close proximity to the airport - friendly staff - simple check in process - clean and comfortable room - warm showers - easy booking of shuttles
- non-English speaking staff but easily resolved by use of translating app
