Ambience. Lots of small areas to relax and talk, enjoy a drink, etc. Very intimate and cozy. Beautiful furnishings. Great beds (very comfortable and luxurious). Attention to detail, with small touches of luxury everywhere. Staff were friendly, and helpful Food in the dining room was fantastic and we greatly enjoyed talking with the accomplished chef. We loved the rooftop bar and all of the little garden areas. Great property and good location. A few things didn't work, such as: our room did not have a safe deposit box (as advertised), when I asked about it one was delivered, but it was not bolted down and since it was very light weight it provided minimal protection for contents. The sound system and closet light did not work. Overall things were great and we loved our experience here, but there needs to be a better system in place to check rooms before each guest to make sure things are working properly and include features that are supposed to be in place.

Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet! Das Bett war sehr bequem und gross. Vor allem das Bad war sehr luxuriös. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Bar schliesst bereits um 22:00! Die Zimmer (Suite) sind sehr klein im Verhältnis zu anderen Hotels in Antigua!

Realmente es un edificio exquisito de arquitectura colonial, con muchos detalles diferentes en su conjunto, muy buen servicio y limpieza. Las habitaciones con mucho espacio y detalles de buen gusto.

Es uno de los hoteles más bonitos que he conocido. Cada detalle esta cuidado a la perfección. Las habitaciones son bonitas y cálidas. El personal es amable y servicial. Las áreas publicas invitan a disfrutarlas. Es el hotel ideal para disfrutar de Antigua ya que se encuentra muy bien ubicado y su ambientación es perfecta para el lugar. Es un hotel romántico de día y de noche. Perfecto para lunamieleros. La comida es deliciosa. Tiene todo lo que se espera de un hotel boutique.

Se a puesto mucho cuidado con la decoración en todo el hotel. Realmente lo han dejado muy bonito. Mi habitacion tenia ventana a la calle lo cual ya genera ruido. Lastimosamente el restaurante esta a un lado y la pared es muy delgada por lo que se oye bastante ruido sobretodo muy temprano cuando preparan las cosas. Eviten la habitacion San Geronimo.

La magnifica decoracion, los jardines y la muy comoda y espaciosa habitacion. El baño muy comodo y con una ducha grande. Ademas por aparte una excelente bañera. Podrian mejorar los desayunes.

Wonderful place. Great food. Nice staff. Each room was unique and beautiful. Very well designed. Had trouble with the phone. It didn't 'answer'. Had trouble calling front desk. The grounds may be difficult for anyone who has trouble walking. Many unlevel surfaces and step-overs. The room lighting was hard to navigate with many light switches. Sound system didn't work. Room was dark.
