This was not a hotel in the traditional sense but an experience by it self

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast that was included was very good too. The suite was clean with lovely decor.

We decided when we were there that we did not want to stay for the full 5 days that we had booked but because we had not cancelled 3 days in advance of coming, we were not able to get our money back for the last day. We did not know that 4 days would be sufficient time for us. I would not book in advance again. It was easy to hear the voice of other people late at night in other rooms.

This beautiful, stylish hotel is worth a high score, which it got on the Booking. We booked the hotel based on the recommendations of other people on Booking and it was really great. Stylish rooms - ours had two levels, beautiful decor. Good breakfasts. Nice, hot showers (my wife's recommendation). Nice and helpful hotel staff (thank you for helping my wife with our luggage, when our van came and I was absent for a minute). They have their tourist office, where you can book any tour, drive to another location and can arrange accommodation in the place of your stay. Close to the hotel is a local restaurant (probably called Lo-Mix) with a menu del dia (good food) and is fairly close to the local marcado. Good value for money.

They have two locations: one closer to Zocalo and second a little further. We stayed the second - less tourists on streets in the night hours. You can hear some noise from chicken buses going next street in the early morning, but this is a minor drawback. Generally, one of the best hotels that we stayed during our 1 month trip in Mex-Guata.

Central location. Airport pickup. Shuttle service. Good breakfast. Sky tv.

Noise from 6 am. Staff setting up breakfast etc. No chance of a lay in / relax. Central location means plenty of street / bar noise until 1 am.

Some of the staff make noise during the morning. Loud talk and sometimes radio playing.

The hotel either matched or exceeded what has already been written about it, in earlier reviews. Room 4 was very comfortable, breakfast was very good and the general cleanliness of the room and hotel was excellent. The staff at reception and in general were very polite, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very convenient for everything in Antigua and overall it was excellent value.

The room was quite dark and stuffy because there was no window and when i booked the description of hotel included a courtyard which was closed during my stay.

Very pretty, small inn with huge breakfast and large room. Their website did not make clear that the hot tub spa is not in the inn itself but rather down the street at their sister hotel. Very lovely stay

It was very clean, cosy, homely, great service and excellent value for money. Rooms were very small and dark but if you want good value and beautiful ambience for bargain prices then you can't beat this place. Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked to order!

הייתה בעיה עם המים, כנראה התפוצץ להם צינור. במשך אותו יום היו הפסקות מים. חזרנו בערב, לא ידענו על הבעיה נכנסנו להתקלח, גילינו שאין מים חמים וגם לאט לאט פסקו המים. הסתבר שלאחר סיום התיקון שכחו לפתוח את המים וכמובן גם לדאוג למים חמים. במשך היום פקידת הקבלה יודעת אנגלית, בלילה או מאוחר בערב מי שיושב בשולחן הקבלה אינו יודע מילה באנגלית.

La atencion es excelente, el personal siempre es muy amable. Deje en hotel unos dolares y ellos fueron muy cordiales y me los guardaron
