I arrived very early having taken the night bus from Oaxaca and expected to just leave my luggage when I arrived. However, the room was available for me straightaway. I liked the old nature of the building and the very central location. The staff could have been more enthusiatic. I swam in the pool once but it was not very clean ( it may be that it wasn't open though).

Location is excellent: 3 minute walk to main street. Setting adjacent to the lake is incredible with beautiful sunsets and gardens(would recommend booking a room on 1st floor). Staff very pleasant and helpful. Food is very good (breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice). Very good value for money.We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it. The design of the hotel means that the main hallway also doubles up as balcony to each room. Some nights depending on neighbours it could be a little noisy.

Location, close to ferry and shops in Panajachel Very unpersonal, big conference centre, VERY BAD Breakfast, worst I've never eaten. The egg and ham looked like a mess. I ate fruit salad; that's hard to destroy. Coffee was yek!

prachtige ligging , goede service, goed restaurant , verzorgd ontbijt, zeer mooie verzorgde plantentuin, grote afgesloten parking, dicht bij de overzet haven, en op wandel afstand van het stadje. nogal veel feesten (meestal prive in tuin vlak voor de kamers) daar het hotel ook feesten en seminaries organiseert; is het er niet echt rustig;

朝食はコンチネンタル付だが、実際はフルーツや卵料理なども付いており、ビュッフェスタイルの日もあった。- レイクビューの庭で食べることもできる。スタッフは皆明るく対応も良い。総合的に過ごしやすいホテルだと思- う。

well located...very central (3 minutes walking from the main street) but nothing disturb us...amazing view on the lake and volcanoes (ask for a room on the second floor)... good breakfast (delicious ommelet) beautiful sunset... everything was fine...

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great lake and volcanic view. Garden was lovely, too. Breakfast was included so very good value for the money. Did not especially like the fact that the balconies connected--did not afford any privacy to sit outside and view the lake/volcanoes.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, tiene acceso a playa privada y además se puede ir a pie a comprar cosas típicas sin ningún problema Las habitaciones están muy cercanas y no tienen aislamiento de ruido....

El hotel esta frente al lago y tiene unas puestas de sol espectaculares con los volcanes enfrente. Su ubicacion es excelente. El personal es sumamente amable, los desayunos son realmente buenos. Muy bonito lugar Es ruidoso, no se descansa por la mañana pues la gente pasa caminando y platicando y las ventanas no sellan bien. O tambien se sientan a platicar frente al cuarto y de verdad es molesto. Tambien tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente. Por lo demas lo recomiendo ampliamente
