Their facilities. Suite service is very por. They took more than one hour to send the meals to the suite and every time we order they send the orders incomplete, there were always something missing and they returned half an hour later with the remaining order. Service at the restaurant can also be improved. I am sure they can benefit from a manager to take care of food and beverages and to give training to the staff of suite service and the restaurant.

Attention by the staff was excellent. While I was there for golf, it offered a relaxed atmosphere along with wonderful luxury features: pool, sauna, personal deck and privacy Getting there is not the easiest. There is no shuttle service from Antigua.

Prácticamente todo pero me gustaría hacer las siguientes recomendaciones: 1) Incluir el golf-kart en la tarifa actual del hotel. 2) Mejorar el sabor de la comida 3) Que el servicio de comida sea más rápido

El personal, las instalaciones, la comida todo fue excelente. Me encantó que fuera tan personalizado y amigable En los folletos indicaba que para huespedes las caminatas y cabalgatas eran gratis, sin embargo al querer tomarlas indicaron que tenían costo y el costo era alto. Además el Kids club y los juegos, pelotas y demás estaba en muy malas condiciones. las bicicletas pinchadas, las pelotas desinfladas o rotas, etc.

Me encantaron los los paisajes, pues la vista a los volcanes de Guatemala es impresionante en este lugar. La atencion al huesped es muy buena, y lo considero como un excelente lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de tiempo familiar.
