View Hotel very expensive compared to what it has to offer! Dusty room, no minibar, no telefon in room for to talk congierge, only vegetarian food!! Breakfast is insufficient!! Service dose not exist! I Will never again in this hotel! I do not recommend anyone to book this terrible hotel!!!!!

Nice room with a great view. Pool was terrible. Jacuzzi was not existent. To do anything you had to leave the Premises. Food was only mediocre

El hotel está ubicado en una zona del lago alejada del ruido de Panajachel y tiene una de las mejores vistas. Amanecer viendo el lago no tiene precio. El personal es sumamente amable, y servicial. La cocina es auténtica y el concepto ecológico está muy bien llevado a cabo ya que hasta el mínimo detalle es amigable al ambiente. Cuando llegamos ya estaba cerrado el spa y nos ayudaron a conseguir a la masajista y pudimos disfrutarlo. Sin duda si regreso elegiría ese hotel. Nos ayudó a descansar y todo muy limpio. Sumamente recomendable. Nada, todo fue perfecto.

Stanze confortevoli Le foto del sito non rispecchiano la realtà del luogo Il resort e piccolo Difficoltà al'accetazione prenotazioni I servizi pubblicizzati non sono disponibili sul posto Servizio barca check in inesistente, abbiamo preso un trasporto a pagamento ed invece era incluso In sala cruz e'efficiente e disponibile.... Dubbi su Juan
