the service of the staff, willing to please the customer.

The bed sheets were not clean, as though they didn't change them. Also, there was a cockroach in the dining room. In addition, your website offered free continental breakfast with the night rate and the hotel does not offer it. At the end, they agreed to give us the continental breakfast with no cost.

The hotel is nice, clean, well located if you are driving they have a garage for your car.

The street where it is located it a bit busy, nothing crazy just take that into consideration if you are noise sensitive.

Excellent restaurant Good location to Flores, if you can't stay there as easily walkable to restaurants, etc, Safe parking for car.

Water in shower was only lukewarm, not hot. We spent 15-20 minutes waking up the night worker so we could leave hotel for early sunrise trip to Tikal. Huge sparks from outlet when plugged in TV.

I've stayed here several times. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Have multiple bags to carry upstairs to your room? They're right there to help. The coffee is very good, the breakfast also. I'll stay here again!

Good Location ( near the bridge to Flores, and the Bus Terminal) Great Staff, they help me with all my questions about transports and tours. Good room, clean and with a good size. The owner is Spanish and was very friendly.

Nice hotel, very closed to the island, which is the nicest thing in Flores and close to the bus station, where one can get buses to go to Mayan ruins like Tikal.

The staff was nice but sometimes a little bit distracted. There were tiny details to be fixed in the rooms but in general it is well maintained.
