Beach is great. Good beds.
Fridge didn't work. Cannot bring in your own snacks.
Great location, food and service! My favorite spot in the Guatemalan Pacific Coast. Here you can really relax and enjoy nature!
The cabanas are aesthetically designed and they are easy on the eyes. The bathrooms are beautifully designed with live bamboo and showering is a delightful experience as long as the water is not too cold. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well despite the weather outside being very hot. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The beach was very picturesque and loved sitting and gazing into it through the night. The area was safe to walk. The pools were very nice. I loved the hotel and would return to stay there for longer and highly recommend it.
The food was overpriced and the quality and taste were not as anticipated. Perhaps improvement are in the works. Plenty of lose dogs in the vicinity of the road but not in the hotel area. There was no hot water showers. There was no daily room service to make the beds, change sheets, or towels.
Beautiful surroundings, great food! Nice people. Room was very spacious and clean!
I found it a bit pricy for Guatemala.
The pools are great fun and the beach was clean and easy to access. The rooms are very comfortable with very a very cool bathroom and shower design!
The food was not as good as expected and too expensive for what it was. But, they have just hired a new chef and it seems promising that the quality of the food may improve soon!
