The view, the balcony, the bed, my lover

The pillows were like rocks. There were a hundred kids in the pool with water guns spraying pool water in my drink. There was some woman on a loudspeaker screaming something in Spanish and she never shut up. They played LOUD music all night

The place was nice

The commodities where a little bit old, it should be renew.

Staff was superb with the exception of Erica, the travel agent; location is just outside the traffic and noise; grounds are lovely

Location near the lake

Beautiful view of the lake and mountains in the back. Nice swimming pool area. This is a standard modern hotel, don't expect charm or something romantic but anyway, probably the second best in town.

Jacuzzi was not working. Pool needs heating.

Great location, nice rooms, superb view

As a young couple looking for relaxation, this was the worst choice in all Atitlan. Loudspeakers (read loud), made us change hotels despite having a non-refundable fare. Some type of People seemed to be enjoying though. NOt enough seating / lounging space in the pool is a crime.

Casi todo

Lo que NO nos agrado, es que tenian "Fiestas" y su ruidazo No dejaba dormir ni descansar, nuestra idea era descansar y relajarnos pero no se pudo, ni modo......

La vista al lago espectacular! lo amplio que era el cuarto.

La vista al lago desde la habitación era hermosa, aún cuando sólo pagamos una habitación standard. El personal del restaurante y el chef son muy amables. Tienen un programa de desechos que colaoran a la no contaminación del lago. Los más chicos se divierten mucho porque tienen áreas destinadas para ellos con juegos y entretenimiento. Al igual en la piscina disponen de pelotas para jugar. Todos los lugares en los que se está más tiempo tienen vista al lago: habitación, restaurante, piscina, juegos infantiles y gimnasio.

Aunque tiene fama de ser uno de los mejores hoteles del lago, se ve deteriorado y necesita remodelación. La decoración no es de buen gusto y mezcla estilos distintos. Este hotel ofrece paquetes de todo incluido y esta información no estaba disponible en booking.com Al tratarse de un hotel que ofrece amenidades, hay demasiado ruido para quien no busca participar en ellas. Las habitaciones son bastante calientes y no tienen AC, por lo que hay que abrir la puerta de noche y se escucha el ruido de la música. No hay conección Wifi en las habitaciones. No tiene playa privada, aunque sí está frente al lago. El buffé me pareció muy caro para el tipo de comida que se ofrecía.

Falta de mantenimiento las habitaciones están un poco deteriorada en el piso y muebles.

Lo cerca que está del lago, la vista, pero sobre todo la atención del personal

The views from the room.

The hotel is extremely run down. The food was awful (the hotel now claims to be "all inclusive" though we did not have such a package). We were to stay there for 4 days, but found a much better, quainter hotel, not far, so we moved. It was worth it!!! I did not go to Guatemala to stay in a run-down hotel that is more like a U.S. run-down facility, nor did I go for buffet-style awful food, all that was available. One of our rooms (we had 2 families) was near the street, which made it very noisy and impossible to get a restful sleep.

La falta de manteniento en general del Hotel.

Muy caro para lo que es. Las instalaciones estan descuidadas, en general la limpieza no es buena. Alrededor de la piscina pasa una cloaca, y el olor sale cada 2 minutos.

The view of the volcanos and the location which is convenient but quiet. The breakfast buffet was great.

The view from our 5th floor room and private balcony over Lago Atitlan and the volcanoes was fabulous!

The restaurant was average and relatively expensive, but their were lots of other better, cheaper restaurants within walking distance.

Muy buenas instalaciones, aunque con ciertas fallas de mantenimiento (no llega el agua caliente al 4to piso, etc) Hermosa vista en todas las habitaciones.

No hay aire acondicionado Piscina y jacuzzi frío

Hemos ido ahi desde hace mucho tiempo a este hotel, pero siendo temporada alta nunca lo habiamos hecho y en realidad el servicio fue agradable y estadia confortable.

El precio segun a la temporada es logico que suba pero si falta de promocion para ofrecer todos los servicios que tienen y el servicio de restaurante no tiene ningun menu o combo para temporada alta ya que no nos ofrecieron ningun en especial.

The bed was the most comfortable I experienced in Guatemala, although still a bit firm for my preference. The decor is 80's modern - a benefit after staying in several 'authentic' Guatemalan hotels that were not comfortable.

Hot water only got to lukewarm. Gym equipment was all broken. Elevators were broken for a whole day and had to wait a long time for service elevator to take us down [had torn ligament so couldn't use stairs]. English speaking staff didn't bother to explain all the details of a tour to Chichi we booked - and didn't give us a receipt.
