Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom did not have ventilation at all. I would say that that is below any standard!
The best part was having our own private balcony with a lake view from our room. The luggage storage service was also very convenient for the time before we could check into our room and then again after we had to turn in our key.
It was very loud with music and shouting from party of other vacationers until late at night and then again early the next morning- a Sunday.
We check-in at 11.00am and got a room at 3.00pm The personnel at the front are incompetent while you are asking a question and the phone rings they just let you stand while the answer the phone. The check out is at noon so we waited 4.00 hours to get our room UNACCEPTABLE..... The staff just made us wait with no other option. They promised us a room at 12.30 at 1.30 at 2.00 etc
View from room, pool
Staff wasn't helpful, I was charged for more people than I had in my party and hotel was unwilling to make an adjustment. Room wasn't ready at check in. Hotel is outdated.
The view was great!
The rooms smelled, they clean-up the rooms without our permission, the towells used to be white, our rooms were not ready until two hours later, etc..
Beautiful view, excellent people on staff, friendly and personable
Not a thing
Location View of Lake
Morning Coffee Service
The location and view were nice.
My in-laws stayed here and everyone at the hotel was rude and unaccomodating towards us. They allowed no guests in the rooms for any amount of time. For the amount of money this hotel costs, you could do a lot better.
Handy to be able to eat right there. Staff would order in a variety of meals.
Would have been nice to know if there were any restaurants within walking distance - but we didn't ask the staff, so perhaps they could have told us!
Beautiful setting Safe feeling Pure water available Great shower (pressure and heat) Nice pool Trampoline
Staff wasn't ready for us at check in Room did not have bath as described on booking.com
location - pool
Rooms run down Not enough long chairs at the pool Area around the pool too small when hotel crowded
Hotel is in town and convenient. Located with wonderful views of lake and volcanos. Staff was friendly and polite. Always felt safe.
No safe in our room. Food in dining room was not as good as it could be.
Location and staff are nice.
Come on-no wifi in room? Really? They need to upgrade. Please fix the machines in your workout room, almost none operate. And no coffee in room or lobby? OK cold little pot from 6:40 to 7:10am does not count :-(
location at edge of beautiful Lake Atitlan and volcanoes!. view of lake from restaurant and room on 3rd floor. classic design and lay out.. spacious
registration charged me for first night which was paid for already. had to cancel charge on my credt card and redo it, leaving me with a sense of uneasiness, he didi not apologise properly or try to maki up to me. welcome coctail was not a real coctail but preprepared cucumber water -with or without alcohol? which tasted like castor oil. Towels were gray. No WIFI in room. business center for large hotel with 3 oldcomputers, two of which worked. To top it off we had visited the absolutely luxurious Pota hotel in Antigua, Guate -the conctrast was disappointing. And remem ber, the price of the hotel does not always include the 25% extra tax
Fab hotel, great location and pool facility.
No iron provided and not available in hotel. I would expect an iron in any hotel facility let alone a 5 star. Hard to get boiling water for tea - found we got cold tea in most Mexican hotels that's if they even served black tea!
I got the 4th floor room, and the view was just wonderful. The best memory of Pana was the view from my room. I really want to stay at this hotel again.
Room size it's very small if you have kids.
Have Wi Fi in all áreas Have promotional rate for family
Elevator to old
Great location and wonderful views of the lake and volcanoes
Very strict, to the minute, check-in and check-out times, made us wait 15 minutes until the clock struck 3pm before we could check in.
Great service, good price for a quality hotel in the heart of Panajachel
I adored the view from the hotel. The souvenir dolls that the hotel sells are fabulous : I went to buy 1 and I ended up buying 4.Staff very very friendly and polite.
i did not like the welcome cocktails. Not to my liking.
