Location near airport. Clean and modern. Restaurant Being charged for internet. Lack of free transportation to airport. (both small things but things that make a traveler more appreciative.

Had a dark room on second floor with window between 2 walls, requested other one, was told all booked up which was a lie !! Room very cold, no heater !! Too cold to take a shower !! Hotel looks better from the outside I would not give more than 3 stars since there is nothing offered here. Better Holiday Inn or Estofella, ( Best Western.)

really nice place to stay! We only used it to spend the night with my husband because we were going to a party 2 blocks away... So it wasnt that complicated to get back to the hotel really late! Everything was fine!

It is an old building and the sometimes the lift and the electrical lights and the telephones does not work properly. It is nothing like shown in the internet. In reality no way near to a 3 or 4 star. I will never stay here again.

Es un hotel confortable, agradable, la alimentación es buena, tiene acceso a varios centros de ocio, la familia se la pasó bien, mi hijos que son menores de 10 años estuvieron felices. Yo hago deporte 5 veces por semana, la dificultad que vi es que el gimnasio es pequeño.

EL Hotel es muy bonito, completo, comodo. Me gusto mucho. Mi familia quedo encantada con este hotel. Lo recomiendo. El personal de recepcion no es muy amigable. Hay que tratar a los huespedes bien y ser mas atentos.

La ubicaciòn y que puede hacerse uno el ambiente familiar. La tranquilidad y la ubicaciòn Es poca la comunicacìòn del personal del hotel. Si se necesita de ellos hay que buscarlos. Demasiado serios en la recepciòn.

Muy buen servicio y atención del personal. Cumple con espectativas. Buena calidad precio. Los taxis de confianza del hotel cobran más que en Europa y 50% más que taxis normales con taxímetro.

No me ha gustado nada ,me han tomado el pelo a la cara de lo que me habian prometido el hotel es una decepcion total instalaciones viejas ,habitaciones minusculas dando a un patio deprimente ,malos olores ,personal nada profesional ,ningun detalle de buen gusto en todo el hotel y nada de confort uno donde mejor se siente es en la calle estando ahi el minimo tiempo es realmente deprimente es un quiero y no puedo pero tampoco se esfuerzan.

La relación precio-servicio, pues a pesar de ser un hotel antigüo está bien conservado y tiene buen mantenimiento, estuve hospedado en el piso preferencial que incluía el desayuno y acceso a computadora, impresora e internet, que me funciono excelente. La alberca y el gimnasio son pequeños.

La comida no es mala Mucho ruido,se escucha todo entre habitaciones. Muchos eventos nocturnos pues tienen varios salones de eventos cercanos a las habitaciones por lo que las fiestas son hasta tarde.

Gode senger, trivelig personale og god frokostbuffet. Beliggenheten er god, gåavstand til kjøpesenteret Oakland Mall og til flotte restauranter i Zona 10, eller rett rundt hjørnet av Princess. Taxiene står parkert rett utafor om du ikke ønsker å gå. Trivelig bar på hotellet. Bassenget var mer som et lite barnebasseng, prøvde det ikke, men de to solsengene som sto ved bassengkanten var gode å nyte sola i.
