Excelente, tudo perfeito e funcional... Parabens. Altamente recomendável.

O hotel é maravilhoso, decoração linda, cama fantástica, conforto, cuidado nos detalhes, quartos espaçosos, café da manhã muito completo, localização boa, perto de restaurantes, muito bom, voltarei com certeza e recomendo a todo mundo.

O banheiro não é compatível com a qualidade dos quartos, que foram reformados, ao passo que os banheiros ainda são antigos, nada que prejudique o conforto mas o chuveiro ainda tem cortina o que faz com que o chão do banheiro fique molhado ao tomar banho.

Hotel excelente funcionarios super atenciosos.

Very bad internet connection in the room. Internet works good only in lobby.

Large beds, lots of pillows, well equipped bathroom, good wifi in room, good room service menu, with quick, efficient service. Airport shuttle very efficient.

Aircon in room very inefficient. Only 2 desks open for checkout and printer not working, so no final checkout statement available and it wasnt sent via email as promised.

The worst customer service I have ever had in my great many travels. The front desk employee and manager were mean and incredibly rude. We regret our decision to stay at this hotel

I had prepaid for two rooms, but they made me pay again for the second room upon checkout.

The hotel lobby and restaurants were under renovation. Had I know I wouldn't had stay there

We stayed there because it is 6 minutes from the airport and has breakfast included and a free shuttle to the airport. The shuttle starts at 4.15 A.M.and runs each hour. The breakfast starts at 6 A.M. and is very good.

We were in room 701 on the north side next to the hotel's air conditioning unit. It was very noisy. The bathroom door did not close and the dead bolt did not work. Both were reported and ignored.

Staff were excellent and helpful. It was close to the airport for my trip. The facilities were excellent and we had the included breakfast that had a great choice and was convenient.

The room was clean and large and beautifully presented

1. Staff had difficulty finding our reservation and rather than simply creating a new reservation at the price agreed, spent ages searching for our booking and asked me to forward the booking email from my phone, which seemed unnecessary. 2. Only one bottle of drinking water in the room 3. Poor choice of vegetarian options on the late night menu

Good comfortable and convenient hotel close to the airport. Very attentive staff. Guatemala City was a 2 day stopover location for us between 2 holiday tours.

The rooms were beautiful and the premises were elegant.

The Hotel was nicely located in Zona 10 of Guatemala. Clean facilities and friendly staff.

Internet wifi wasn't working everywhere!

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. The location was in a nice area within Zona Viva though we got there at New Years and not much was opened.

There was a distinct lack of information on what to do, how to get around (they will point for you to catch a taxi downtown for about 70-80GTQ where there is a perfectly good and safe Transmetro bus for 1GTQ - great for going downtown during the day). The business centre within the hotel needs to be maintained or upgraded.

It's a bit of an old hotel, which keeps the prices to a reasonable level. A garden or a terrace would be nice.

i like the reception. staff. very professional , very good advisers. i like the room comfort , bed , pillows , all was fine.

i did not like the lightning of the room. the room was dark . i could not even read properly my newspaper.

Everything was perfect, for me this is the best Hotel in Guatemala. No Doubt.
