I liked the confortable and spacious room, the service in general, the room service. All staff are very well=mannered and helpful. The check in and out was fast and efficient. I liked the decor and style of the rooms and the hotel in general. It was also very well located. Would have liked to have more agua pura available free, given that it is not possible to drink water from the tap. Also, more generous provision for coffee in the room. After all, Guatemala is a country famous for its coffee.
