The hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly, they offer all possible ways to make my trip easier, such as find me a city tour guide at a quite reasonable price, and offered shuttle to the bus station and airport at anytime I need and free of charge, which was a great comfort for a foreign traveller. The breakfast was nice. The towels were a bit old.

Super helpful staff Front desk told me water was safe to drink. This, my last day of my trip, was the first time I drank other than bottled water in Guatemala. Now I have a severe case of dysentery. If you stay here don'T. I repeat don't, drink the water.

The staff was amazing. Everyone very friendly and helpfull For most is an advantage.. And it is not the fault of the hotel.. But I would love some smoking rooms. Gutamalean laws forbid it thou!

Paquear el carro en el garaje es muy complicado por lo chico que es. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, solo ventilador el televisor es muy pequeño, parece monitor de computadora. Deberían mejorar las camas

personel très bien et rapide, bien situé, propre, pas d'eau chaude le matin, j'ai laissé l'eau fonctionner longtemps jamais venu chaude.... a l'internet le prix confirmé était de $63. le prix facturé a mon compte de Visa $102 ou $103. Pourquoi la différence.

Todos los años desde 2004 vamos mi esposa y yo a Guatemala y nos alojamos en las Suites Reforma, el mejor hotel que nosotros usamos. Gran personal desde reservaciones, front desk, limpieza, cafetería, conductor busito de y hasta aeropuerto. Lo recomendamos de manera muy especial para todos aquellos que buscan comodidad.

Lo que mas me haa gustao es el servicio que tiene al traslado al aeropuerto sin conte alguno Lo que no me ha gustdo es la rtencion que te hacen de 100dolares por una noche en concepto de garantia (para mi es una falta de confianza)

We stayed here only for a night while passing through. Our bus arrived late, around 9:30 pm, and we left for the next bus at 5:30. The staff was really flexible, staying up to greet us and waking up early to get us checked out - they even sent us on our way with a sack lunch since we left before breakfast! The room was really clean, beds were comfortable, and shower was great.

La ubicación es buena. Parqueo estrecho, baños estrechos sin servicio suficiente de artículos de limpieza. Servicio con cocina pero no dan café, te, azúcar, etc. No hay servicio de habitación 24 hrs. Servicio de cafetería (porque no es restaurante) malo.

The large suites are great and good value. Smaller suites ok for value. Some staff forgot instructions for a wake up call so have a back up.
