Utz Jay was a great choice. It was one of the most comfortable beds. We had room 15 and had our own resident humming bird each morning sat out on the balcony. A lage room with good sized hot shower. All of the staff we met were very pleasant. The breakfast was typical and the two young guys serving breakfast were a delight. One of my favourite places to stay from Guatemala. Really close to the centre, beautiful room with such a nice view, even from the bathroom, over the green garden. You can stay here for a beer (from the next door shop) and a chat. The breakfast is not included, but there are great and fair priced options at the on site restaurant. They also have a laundry service. And the staff is great!

Small and charming hostel located in the center but in a quiet area of ​​Panajachel. Cheap prices and very clean and beautiful room, possibility of having breakfast at the restaurant (not included). Very friendly staff and possibility to use the Jacuzzi and Sauna (not included).

Absolutely beautiful room. Very spacious. Super clean. Very comfortable memory foam bed. Hot powerful shower. Lovely garden area with many varieties of birds. Helpful reception and restaurant staff . Quick laundry service. Fantastic breakfast- lots of choices and very reasonable prices. Great location near the main strip yet very quiet. Highly recommend.

The property is great, clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are lockers provided if you need to store your belongs in between checking times and after check out. The location is good but very noisy from the club on the adjacent road. Dogs barking all night. It is out of the hotels control but it did put us off.

Staff was very nice and helpful with any request from laundry service to transportation. We had a cozy room with private bathroom and a stunning view over the lively garden from both the room and our balcony. We also booked a reflexology massage which was exceptional! The breakfast was a la carte is very recommendable.
