I love the fact that attractions are nearby.
I love the fact that attractions are nearby. Walking is unsafe due to lack of sidewalks. Using transportation adds to the traffic. Beware of construction and typically rush hours. Guam being a small beautiful island is still not immune. Tamuning has the characteristics of a city island style. My advice is to drive in Tamuning and walk on the beaches and sidewalks in Tumon. That’s Guam in the city.

The property was ideally located, between the city of Agana and the tourist area of Tumon Bay, so it was accessible to most places I needed to get to. And having extra bedrooms and complete facilities was a plus for a traveling family!

The place is interesting, although small.
The place is interesting, although small. The beach and the sea are quite a view. Its a convenient place to stay, it is near the shopping malls, airport and lots of attractions (also for going around the island).

It is neither too urban nor too rural: there are lots of restaurants and shops, but also miles and miles of beautiful beaches. The island is small and Tamuning is centrally located making it easy to take day trips to all the sights. Get a dive map and Do a little exploring: Marbo Cave will blow your mind if you can find it. One place I most highly recommend is the village of Merizo, for the most incredible snorkeling I've ever experienced. Park in the lot next to the elementary school and go straight out: Amazing!!!!

Has many restaurants, both fast food and dine in. Has Popular local restaurants as well. Has a shopping mall with outlet pricing as well as a duty free shop. Beaches that are accessible. The Island Hospital is located in Tamuning. Water activities available. Close to downtown Agana as well as Tumon Bay. Not too far from the airport as well (10 Minutes).

Best view and infinity pool. Pool needs work but the position is fabulous. Hotel needs work done, pillows, carpet, curtains, bedding and towels need revamping. One lift out of order. Washing machine not in laundry. Need to police smoking in rooms.JulieAustralia

The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and responded immediately to any issue that I brought up. There are enough parking spaces, a convenience store is located right next to the hotel, and the pool allows you to cool down at the end of your day. The hotel is not located in a tourist district and you are on the highway within a minute. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again!PaulGermany

For all the smokers out there, they also had a smoke shop below the hotel too. There is supposed to be a restaurant underneath the hotel too by the parking lot but it wasn’t operational I’m assuming because of the typhoon they had not so long ago.
