The insulation of the room wasn't very good. For one thing, we had a room facing a busy road and every morning we were woken up to the noise of cars speeding by or trucks honking loud horns. Another thing was that If it rained, the air in the room would feel clammy and damp even with the aircon running.
One small issue is that not only are there not many parking slots, but the slots themselves are also on the small side. If you aren't a good driver, navigating this with a medium or large car may be a little difficult.
The only other problem we had was that the wi-fi was unreliable. The first few days it was great and we could connect whenever and wherever in our room. But for some reason it changed to where we could only connect in specific places in the room and only if we held our devices a certain way to pick up the signal. We mentioned it to the front desk and they reset our router multiple times, but the wi-fi in the room remained unreliable. There was, however, good wi-fi in other parts of the building so we would end up outside by the stairway or sitting in the lobby downstairs in order to use the internet.
Honestly, I was REALLY surprised with how nice this hotel was. The beds were soft and comfortable, the bathroom was fine, everything was clean, and the staff was nice and friendly except for one man who gave off the feeling like he hated his job. The location is in a good spot, it's pretty central and not too far from any of the main areas. If you have a car it will probably only take you a few minutes to get anywhere. The microwave and hot water heater were also very useful to have.
