Most of the staff are rude and are not willing to help. No service mind whatsoever. Do not seem to care about the customers. The housekeepers are also rude and did not do a great job at cleaning the room. Wi-fi is not stable and is very slow. Will not recommend this place to anybody.

トランジットホテルに適している。 空港への送迎シャトルサービス（無料）がある。 税関を通過し、到着出口をでると、送迎サービスのドライバーは名前を記入した看板を提示し、待っていてくれ- た。ドライバーがとても親切。待ち時間なしに、ホテルに到着することができた。トランジットなので、すぐに- 、シャワーを浴びて、寝ることができた。朝も、送迎の時間前にドライバーは待機されていた。

It was comfortable, quiet, clean, accessible and good location.

Only the inconvenience of waiting for my room to be cleaned (was in the afternoon) when I needed extra towels.

Персонал дружелюбный, вид из окна хороший. Убирали каждый день. Постель просто заправляли. А полотенца меняли каждый день.

1. Шумно. Злетают самолеты, слышимость разговоров соседей через стенку. 2. Пахнет сыростью. 3. С вечера до утра отключалась горячая вода. 4. Далеко до пляжа. 5. Очень плохо ловит Wi-Fi в отеле, даже в вестибюле.

The staff was friendly. The room maid service was good - even returning with clean towels one day when that's all we needed and all the towels were in the laundry.

The hotel design is very poor - parking is in the center of the hotel and all rooms open up to this central parking courtyard (parking on first floor, rooms above that open to center, and a roof covering the whole area above the top floor). This plan may have worked well if the walls and door blocked any sound whatsoever, which they did not. You could hear every sound from the car park. The room was at the rear and you could hear the traffic passing in front of the building. The sound not only came from the central parking courtyard but from the adjacent rooms as well - you could hear even the slightest noise from your neighbors even with the TV on. Of course, the construction on the first floor in the left wing (when facing the building from the street) and opened into the central parking courtyard woke us up so many days! They were chipping away at stone/concrete and using circular saws at the earliest hours (before 730am) even on the weekends! The staff, though friendly when we complained apparently were loathe to do anything as nothing changed.
