    Spa Bali was fabulous! Convenient location. Great price. Ocean view.

    Wi-fi password was given but you needed to login multiple times a day. No wash cloths were availble. I requested extras while booking and after check-in the staff said "they were all out". The AC seemed to be lagging. Had it on the coldest setting and i couldnt even sleep with just the sheet. Broken drapes. Elevators seemed iffy towards the top floors. Super low ceilings in hallways. Ice only on 2 floors when there are signs for it on each floor. Pool was closed on first day. Limited parking.

    Location in the very center of the hotel zone. Spacious room and lobby.

    Very poor sound insulation, especially between the interconnecting rooms. The hotel is located in public beach park and does not have a private shore. Every day on the beach, local people arrange barbeques and picnics under the shady canopies while hotel guests are trying to hide from the sun. Amateur canoeing cause a lot of anxiety for swimmers.

    Nice looking lobby Friendly staff Large clean room

    Could not connect on the hotel WiFi at all. Rented a hot spot, that was barely sufficient for e-mail.

    Жили в данном отеле почти 2 недели. В принципе неплохой отель. Отличное расположение, наверное лучший пляж на Гуам для купания, особенно для детей. Очень хороший шведский стол, $21 на человека за один раз поесть (если расплачиваешься картой Citi Bank то 15% скидка), дети кушают бесплатно, не знаю до какого возраста это распространяется, нашей дочке 4,5 годика. Мы ездили "дикарями", поэтому на еду платили сами в отеле. Если берете тур, то один раз питание (1 раз в день) входит в стоиомть тура. При отеле есть несколько ресторанов: Корейская кухня, Стейк-хаус и пиццерия. При отеле есть прокат машин, организация туров. Жили в самом дальнем номере от лифта, не сильно напрягало, зато вид на море как с картинки. В следующий раз постараюсь оплачивать наличкой. Не нравятся все таки мне эти блокировки сумм при заезде, а потом повторное снятие при выезде. Хотя на удивление заблокированная сумма вернулась в день выезда с отеля.

    Сантехника покрытая коррозией это видимо норма. Немного капала вода из трубы слива раковины. Обратились на ресепшен, вроде исправили. Сначала обращали на это внимание, потом перестали и просто получали удовольствие от пребывания на острове. Немного шумела кондишка. Отель далеко не новый, как и почти все остальные на Гуам, и требует косметического ремонта.

    I liked the location and the view.

    my room was not cleaned properly, came back in the afternoon, could still see bits of plastic underneath bed. Also at one time, my room was not cleaned at all and I was told that perhaps I put up the do not disturb sign - I did not. The house keeping services should pull up their socks, after all, this is supposed to be one of the top hotels.

    We enjoyed the location, beach,shopping, and eating to nightlife was just walking distance. I was shocked at such an affordable rate per night that I could not pass up. I would recommend the hotel to everyone who is looking for a good deal. The staff is very warm and freindly, I just did not get the chance to get a massage during our recent stay, but in November I will cause guess who will be in town again....booking dot yeah !

    air conditioning was the only thing, I felt the rooms needed to cooler but thats just me. Since we were overnighting I did not want to make a fuss, but it wasn't that terrible.

    Love the location, close to everything we wanted to do (i.e. night-life, eateries...) Walking distance to great shopping centers.

    Water pressure was low.

    The Guest Relations desk person was of great assistance. He went out of his way to help. I had to tell him about things that were happening in Guam though.

    The staff at the hotel did not seem to know anything that was happening in Guam. Very much geared to Asian tourists, with little left for European visitors. Difficult to get info about Guam

    location and view from my room

    Room was adequate but there was obvious signs of wear and tear of the facilities. No hot water in the shower...only in the sink. Mold on edges of the ceiling. Renovations and improvements to the facility will definatley improve comfort.

    The location was great - right smack in the beach area, which is Tumon Bay & also walking distance to the shopping area. The room was spacious and it had a balcony which overlooked the ocean.

    The rooms looked outdated and I don't think they are cleaned very well - I'm allergic to dust and I could feel the dust in the room. Amenities are very bare and they only give complimentary bottled water on your first day.

    Location. I had a room with a view. The first level management tried the best they could do especially Jason but what can you do if the owners don't want to spend any money and the hotel is too old. I heard that they were one time associated with Holiday Inn but had lost their association through neglect. The one thing I can say is that it had a good view and the staff were very polite and happy though most had difficulty with English; sometimes extreme difficulty. Considering this is a us Territory where I lived 30 years ago, I would not have expected that communication would deteriorate in such a fashion.

    The hotel is sadly in need of refurbishing and the service was sporadic. Recognizing that I was unhappy, the manager upgraded my room. However, the rugs were still stained, the drains were still stopped up, the fixtures old and rusty looking, the service was sometimes deplorable with dirtycups and glasses not changed daily. The hotel was, at times, very noisy. To add insult to injury, the price was probably the highest I have ever paid. Even though there was Wifi in the room, I had an extremely difficult time getting an adequate signal to do any business at all. Finally, on the last day, I was told that wifi for the most part was on the lowest possible signal and the owners did not want to do anything about it. All that time I had been blaming Guam when it wasn't the island's infrastructure at all. I couldn't even get my boarding passes. Some things are more important than a view.
