Great location. Rooms a bit dated but nice and clean. Beach was great. Fun walking or paddling over to little island. Breakfast was crazy but good.

Staff at front desk not very helpful. Hotel caters to Japanese which is fine but we are still in America? All Japanese food at breakfast except, donuts? Oh well had fun!

This is an awesome place. We have a 2.5 year of daughter. Now as I am back home I still remember the great times we had in the pool and in the water park. The staff is super helpful. They found us a really nice trip o a small boat that included all we wanted tin one package -- dolphin watching, scuba diving, snorkeling. I'd love to go back to this great and charming resort.

Staff and cleaning lady's are excellent

The pools need to be recoated and the roaches need to be controlled in the vip room 21st floor.I only saw them around 1200 at night.

Hotel accomodations where superior if you had time to play. I was on a work trip so did not get time to use the free beach front toys.

The price was inflated. Bed was hard.

The waterpark was OK with young kids. From the seaside rooms the view is really nice!

The breakfast facility was not up to the task. There were long queues in the morning to be seated. When you consider what would come out when you take American breakfast and add some Japanese specialities and tropical fruits into that the breakfast was a real disappointment overall with the worst parts of all three... The hotel is quite outdated and at times that bothered us... Everything in the hotel is mainly in Japanese even though we are in the US so that was a big surprise but that was the norm throughout the island's tourist attractions...
