the aircon did not work on our last day of stay

Staff was friendly. Security needing your room key to access the elevator from the loby was nice.

The entire hotel smelled like mold. You could feel the springs in the bed. The room just felt dirty. The WiFi wasnt working and didnt seem like that was something that just happen. The phones in the rooms did not work, so you couldnt call down to the front desk or call out. Having no connectivity or phone in the room made it really hard when you are visiting and dont have a cell phone.

Staff were friendly and made sure that I was escorted to my room because of my phobia with elevators. This made me feel like home and at ease.

The beds were not as comfortable as I expected. Hope they upgrade their beds we had the full size beds.

Maybe not anymore a four star hotel, but a bargain for backpackers prices.

The price is good. Front desk people are nice and helpful.

I think the room needs to be repair, especially the shower area. There were mold around the shower area. Secondly, the cleaning lady didnt clean the shower glass door which was very dirty. Beside the room, i noticed that the cleaning lady used my skincare product which is not acceptable and i didnt expect that at all .

very nice hotel rooms at an affordable price. did have a pleasant and comfortable 4 night stay in a spacious 43 sq. m. king's room with an ocean view. great location with the beach just few minutes away by foot and with a trolley bus stop just in front of the hotel. so touring the city and shopping were very convenient. night time you can just relax and have dinner at the restaurants or buy some snack and drinks from the convenience stores or look for souvenir items in tourist stores all located at ground floor of the hotel and commercial establishments beside. did really enjoyed my stay in this hotel and would choose this again next time I visit Guam.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel itself is very close to the beach and the main town center as well, the price for two people per night is very low.

The rooms are in terrible conditions, differently from the internet advertisement. When I arrived I was given a room which was dirty and very smelly. The walls were visibly soaken wet because of humidity and the bed boards broken, the linen were also humid and had stains. Insects were moving around in the bathroom. I asked immediately to have another room and the staff was friendly, the assigned me to a new one that was better and more spacious, even though the walls were still old and dripping water. They have serious water and humidity problems in that hotel, it looks like it has not been renewed since ages.

I liked the fact that the front desk staff was nice and friendly.

I did not like the fact that our floors were dirty (the tiles were caked on with grime) and that they came in and changed out our television without notifying us. I also did not like the fact that the laundry facilities were unavailable.

The sheets were dirty, there were stains on the floor and the roof, everything was really dingy, and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

The price was amazing!

Great parking, very friendly and professional staff from front desk to security and housekeeping.

The room has lots of molds up in the ceiling and the carpet smells moldy. I reserved a room on line, when I checked in at 4pm I was given a room that I did not pay for. I told her since she is downgrading me in room she gave me 2 free voucher for breakfast. Went to my room and first thing I noticed as I open the door is the moldy smell. I called front desk to check it for me because I was thinking maybe because I have allergy to molds that is why I am so sensitive but when two gentlemen came up they both agreed with me. We opened the window and I was moved to a better room but the carpet still smelled the same. I did not have my car at that time if I did, I would leave the hotel. I got headche and chest pain from the awful carpet/moldy smell and wasn't able to relax which was my original purpose. The whole place is pretty but has humidity problem. I did tell them that molds up in the ceiling, walls and carpets can give guests health problem. Until they do something about the above stated problem I probably wont recommend to stay there due to health risk reason.

房屋部件老化，除了垃圾袋基本上没新的东西，而且是很旧很旧的那种，屋里一股怪味，酒店设施基本上可以说没- 有，停车场也很小，这个酒店只适合背包客和旅行团，其他度假家庭还是不要了

방청소가 제대로 되지 않았음. 체크인하고 들어간 순간 휴지통도 비워있지 않고 침대시트도 그닥 청결한지 모르겠었음.

가격이..저렴하고.. 렌트를이용하는분이라면..추천드려요

수영장..이..별로예요.. 관리 좀..더하면..좋을텐데..

인터넷에서 미리 검색했던 사진들과는 전혀 다름! 너무 오래되어 낡은 호텔입구에서부터 실망이 컸음! 객실은 곰팡이 냄새가 지독하고, 창문도 안 열리고, 먼지도 많았으며, 빨래방도 패쇄되고... 로비는 항상 후덥지근하며 온통 주변 식당들의 음식냄새가 진동... 방에서는 인터넷 연결이 불가능하여 모두들 로비에서 인터넷 사용! 완전 대실망!!!

가격이 저렴해서 기대하지 않았으나 2배이상 비싼 가격으로 투숙한 홀리데이 호텔 대비하여 넓은 객실과 시내 접근성..또한 프론트에 위치한 카프리초사 등의 괌 맛집 ..아주 좋았습니다. 주변 사람이 괌에 간다면 꼭 묵으라고 추천하고 싶습니다.

오션뷰가 아니라는점..이 조금 아쉽습니다.

The location is good, on the opposite side of PIC. Convenient with bus access and close to public beaches. Room is large in size.

The hotel room smells a bit. Pool is small and close early at 6pm.

Make the water in the pool a little warmer. The water is too cold.
