Very friendly staff. Not expensive. Not far from beach.

There are no kitchen.

The hotel is very near the beach, and mostly 20 minutes feet to the outlets.

The facilities are old.

외국인 직원의 친절도가 마음에 들었습니다. 특히 흑인 여자분, 남자분 좋으신분들같아요..

일단, 비즈니스센터는 없습니다. 전자렌지도 돈을 주고 돌려야하며, 뜨거운물도 없습니다. 방값은 싸지만 다른 서비스가 불충분합니다.

방이 생각 보다 넓고,,침대도 더블로 주셔서 편하게 잘 수 있었어요.

아무래도 저렴한 숙소이다 보니 주변에 아무것도 없으니 방에 체크인 하실때 먹을 것들은 사갖고 가면 좋을 것 같아요. 바닷가랑도 좀 거리가 있습니다. 주변 현지에 사시는 분들이 하도 엉망이라 그래서 걱정하고 들어갔는데 생각보다 좋았어요.

部屋は古くて、近所は危なそうてす。でも、低予算な人には、いいホテルたと思います。

Price was ok. Location is just walking distance to the beach. Friendly staff

One thing I didn't like was I tried to cancel my booking and asked me to call booking.com to arrange cancellation or amendment order. But unfortunately things weren't settled maybe they weren't aware or their policy was different from other hotels and ended up staying for the rest of the trip.

the hotel is in a good location. the price is really good too.

hotel room a little bit dirty and it was a musty in the moldy smell.

Although it is an old hotel, all rooms are old fashion, but it is clean and convinient. The room is bigger even than 5-star hotels. All rooms have a large living space with a sofa, and have a small kitchen and a big bathroom. We moved to this hotel after have stayed in an executive serviced apartment, and we still feel comfortable. The hotel is close to the beach and airport, we think it is smart choice to stay there in the last two days of our Guam stay as we can easily access the airport in midnight.

We booked 3 rooms including a family room with 2 twin bed and 1 single bed. But it is said only be occupied by 2 persons, we have to book an additional room, not sure why.

The staff were helpful and friendly .
