Room comfort, sea views, city views, nice balcony, close to restaurants, easy access to major shopping areas and of course a very friendly staff.

Extended stay by one day, but the rate was slightly higher than my previous days.

Very good value for the money, and it is only <5min walk to the beach area. There is also an ABC Stores and Circle K convenience store within 2mins walk.

There is no direct view of the beach and ocean.

I booked a room with two queen size beds, but they charged extra money for my 3 old year son, even if they did not give us an extra bed. They charged us at the end of the stay, and i really did not wanted to argue and ruin my vacation, but i think it was quite unfair, also because I asked them if we have to pay the extra charge for the baby or not in the booking.com form and i had no answer at all.

Lovely ocean view; strong shower (on 6th floor). Large clean room.

Small change was stolen from a change purse that was overlooked, left in the open and not placed in the room safe. Tv reception was bad. Tv was an old crt style.

Good value for the money. In the same neighborhood as high-end hotels for a fraction of the money. Met basic needs. Restaurant on premises, Delmonico, is very good.

Only straight-backed chairs in the room - no sitting chair. Neighbors seemed to be there only to party.

Great view of Tumon bay from my room on the 10th floor. Good location for the price.

Room sometimes not made up by the time I came back in the afternoon/evening. Waited over an hour at the airport for a pre-arranged shuttle pick-up.

The bedsheet had an odor (body smell) to it. And also some hair, so I slept on top and used the bed spread from other bed as a blanket.

The hotel doesn't have slipper, everyday you have to ask for the towels, bath soap & shampoos & most of all no compliment bottled water. Early check in but give us a very far edge corner room. No internet wi-fi in the room.

The room was large, the staff was very accomodating. Although we had an ant problem, the room was always fresh and clean. Any difficulty we had was handled quickly and efficiently. Each of the staff members were always polite, engaging and friendly. We felt very comfortable there and it was in a good location for us to get wherever we needed to go.

BAyview Hotel, so near in the best shopping area of GUAM. Very accesible since the city bus will also drop you off right infront of the Hotel so convenient. Beach area not too far too. Very accomodating since the Hotel staff will allow you to check-in as early as 6:30AM right after we arrived from the airport with no extra cost. This help us to relax and prepare for our day tour ahead for that day.

no wifi in the room, but you can use their computer in the lobby incase you have urgent thing to email.

Price is good. Location is good to shopping and eating. Front desk is friendly. Microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer - nice Complimentary soaps and conditioners - good quality. Room is clean, just need to be renovated. I would stay again since it is a good value.

Hotel is a bit dated. Rooms need to be renovated. In room complimentary coffee and water should be provided/replaced daily. Need to replace coffee maker. Need wifi not just hardwire internet connection in the room. Update televison to flat screen. Air conditioner vent pointed directly at the bed. Exterior entrance to the hotel rooms. Closet not designed properly. Repllace old hangers. Not enough drawer space for clothing. Room lights not bright enough at night. Toilet/Shower area is dark, not bright enough. Noisy guests (children) late at night after 11 pm running the halls and rooms nightly.

Sehr grosser Raum mit Balkon und Meerblick aus allen Zimmern. Viele kostenlose Parkplätze im Freien und in der Garage. Nur 5min Gehdistanz zum Strand und Zentrum mit 24h Fastfood & Coffeeshop. Top Lage mit allem Komfort der Stadt - aber auch ideal für Ausflüge ins Landesinnere.

Achtung: Auf der Karte von Booking.com ist das Hotel falsch eingezeichnet! Ich hatte einen Mietwagen und konnte es nur nach längerem Suchen finden. Auf dem Bett und vor allem in der alten Wolldecke hatte es ziemlich viele Haare :-(

заказывала отель первый раз с 12.03.13 - 29.03.13 через booking.com и не разочаровалась. всё понравилось:номер большой и комфортный, гостеприимный персонал, все наши просьбы выполнялись тут же, уборка в номерах ежедневно, белье белоснежное, даже wifi в номер подвели, вид с балкона шикарный (весь центр как на ладони, море во всей своей красоте, аэропорт, а вечером всё это ещё и светится), в общем полное соответствие цены и качества. нам с подругой очень понравилось.

были проблеммы с интернетом и соответственно со скайпом, вечерами постоянно выбрасывало из сети.

хорошее соотношение цена- качество, приятный персонал, все пожелания исполнялись незамедлительно, чисто, wi-fi в номере.

слабо работал кондиционер, отель расположен на холме и возвращаться пешком с коляской тяжковато, нет завтраков и шведского стола.
