Location, staff customer service, view of the ocean, they have info for car rental and brochures to do different things
No free local calls, had to paid extra to use an iron and a mini ironinn board, didnt have a blow drier in the bathroom, no microwave in the room, no breakfast lunch or dinner available at the hotel
Room in very poor condition.
The view of the other hotels from the balcony.
The room I stayed have bugs crawling all over, shower curtain was filthy, shower drainage needed maintenance or replaced, bathroom floor drainage was without cover. no bathroom anemities, you have to pay $5 to get a water heater and a hair dryer, two items that are cheap and can be supplied without having to ask or pay.
Close to the beach and shopping.
This hotel is big, old, and need serious updating. The front desk staff is not to friendly. Housekeeping was garbage, my bedding had visible stains, and my room smelt like urine when I first enter.
Location was great for the price during peak season.
Hotel could use some major upgrades to the rooms and stop with the hidden charges (each child $20 extra per night/iron rental $5) plus phones didn't work inside rooms.
the staff and facilities
It is right next door to Tarza waterpark, and only a few minutes' walk to Outback steakhouse and the beach. The indoor parking area is also handy, since it rains so much in Guam.
There were small cockroaches, and the pool was not clean, with stuff floating in it. Plus the only microwave oven is in the lobby.
Room with a view.
Troubles with Wifi. Insects in the room.
Location was close to beach and stores
I say "fair" for staff only because they were mostly nice. But otherwise I'd say "poor" because if one particular staff. She didn't know anything, and she barely spoke English (works the graveyard shift). She charged me more for the room because she told me it's cheaper via booking.com. when I talked to the owner the next day she clarified and apologized, but wouldn't refund me the extra money her associate charged me for. Aside from that, there is a dive center at site but they only do Japanese tours, and again, the front desk knows nothing about helping you book tours. No amenities in the room, you have to pay $4 extra to get a hair dryer. I'm sorry, what I paid for I'd expect at least the basics. And cockroaches in room
The bed was not comfortable, the air conditioner not work well.
Strong consistent wifi signal. Close to Tumon stores, restaurants and beach.
I liked the staff, they were friendly. I didn't want to spend a lot of money for a room that I wouldn't really use for anything other than sleeping, and for that reason this was a good choice for me. Also it's very nearly TGIF and Alex there is a really great Bar Tender which made up for some of the other pubs I visited during my stay.
There were some problems with water pressure but was quickly fix by contacting the front desk.
Its close to dfs galleria and other shopping centers...just 3-5mins walk..housekeeping is good as well.they never failed to change towels for 5 days...
Little roaches are crawling in the bathroom...and hot water in the shower is not consistent .they close it at night. Though they opened it when we made the complaint..
Good location, close to main street but not on it and missing all the noise. Properly maintained, although extremely basic. Didn`t have the moldy smell of most of other hotels in Guam (even 4-5 star). Good value for money.
Water pressure is very low. I had to constantly check when water will be available in bathroom. No services, more like an aparthouse. No breakfast options.
The view from our room
Low water pressure when we got there, room wasn't cool when we entered, sliding door was hard to open.
I like the location because it close to my work also the receptionist cuz they're very good at their work.plus I did get my special request statisfied
Yellow Stain on one of the towels In the room I had n the water heater guickly turns cool when we were showering plus my boyfriend complain that the water ran out while he was showering n he have to wait for few minutes for it to come back on and lastly we had to share a small bar of soap during our stay and also one of the bed cover has stain on it which I really dislike when I flip the cover from the inside
Staff Kindness Location
Rooms need reform
Extra charge for hair dryer
very good view and convenient
WI-FI was not good enough water was not enough
The price and location.
The humorless man at reception couldn't be bothered to even answer questions so forget trying to get any info. The room is basic, and the walls are very thin, so the noise as well as the uncomfortable beds and never-ending noise from the toilet kept us up at night. The shower would only work when it wanted to, and we were told that it happens when the hotel is fully booked. We were greeted by cockroaches whenever we entered the room. Only come here if you want location at a cheap price at the expense of comfort service and sleep.
I liked that you could see the ocean from the balcony... That was about it.
The sheets were stained, there were ants in my room, the air conditioner leaked water, the water barely trickled out of the shower, and I had to flush the toilet once then wait ten minutes and flush it again for anything to go down. Pretty crappy hotel. Would be okay if you have a layover but that's about it. Also, it costs $20 bucks for a taxi ride to and from the airport and it's only a mile and a half away! Crazy! I mention that because the hotel does not offer a shuttle service. Would I stay there again you ask? No. Sleep on the beach.
The Air Conditioning works well, and the view from the balcony is great. Water pressure and hot water availability is good. The refrigerator is a plus, and works well. The room price is a good value for the location.
The room is very spartan, ie no clock radio, and the furniture is old and worn out. The staff are indifferent to guests.
walking distance to the main street. affordable and not as bad as you can imagine.
beds feel like your sleeping in a homless shelter. huge hill if you don't have a car. wifii kinda "eh..." Really depends on your room location
The check in time was 1:00 pm, rather than the usual 3:00 pm at other hotels.
The customer service was terrible! Basically there was no customer service at all. They kicked me and my family out because I have 3 children. Under the hotel policies, it said children 7 years and under stay free. My kids are 7, 5, and 2. So why were we kicked out? They were very rude to me and sarcastically said "you and your five kids must check out." Knowing I have three kids under the age limit. I was yelled at and they used profane language toward me. There was no do not disturb sign to hang. I will never stay at this hotel nor would I ever recommend it to anyone. They will always have a bad record with me and people will know.
