Front desk staff assistance Hot water available cleanilness of overall bathroom view of oceanside both elevators worked water available at front desk
yen to dollar exchange rate weather was bad; no umbrellas available for guest use rooms door locks are a security risk for guests, too easy to enter maid did not vacuum main room floor
Very near to shopping malls and night life
The hotel has no proper maintainance like the door in my balcony has damage lock
The bed was very comfortable and I had a wide view of the area below from the balcony.
Every bath towel in the bathroom had multiple brown stains on it. But luckily there was a perfectly clean hand towel to dry off with.
Nothing to like about the hotel, light went out inside the elevator and know one around to conduct repair.
Nothing to like about the hotel, light went out inside the elevator and know one around to conduct repair. The information desk was poorly lite and the receipt issued was outdated not print outs.
The view of the ocean was nice.
Terrible internet speeds. Very weak-Weak Wifi. The speeds were equivalent to dial-up or slower. The beds were hard as a rock. There was mold in the showers, the shower barely even drained. There was hair on the ceiling in the bathroom. The first room they put me in the A/C unit did not even work. The tvs were very small also. The inside lobby needs to be either finished or re-modeled. Over all not a good experience.
Water supplies at front desk
Well, it was my 2nd stay. As an advocate of process improvement; I found the elevator lights inoperative ,right side. I stayed 3 nights, but on the 3rd day. My bath tub was filthy with dirt rings, hair from other prior visitors and dirty towels and commode base was really dirty. Maybe you need better dedicated cleaning staff. Recommendations: Manager overall 1 room per month and bring until all are brought up to standards.
Good air cond. comfortable bed.
Very dull onside foyer.
The location was great.
The pillows were flat. The beds were uncomfortable. There were roaches in the bathroom. Needs a major remodel and upgrade.
The staff are so friendly and helpful.
the hotel restaurant is always close and the room I stayed in had a loose safety lock and that made me unease at night. The hotel attract divers and military boys who are noisy and do not have respect to other guests. I couln't sleep until about 3:00 am.
Roaches, Tub drained really slow, Wifi really slow sometimes didnt work
Location, staff customer service, view of the ocean, they have info for car rental and brochures to do different things
No free local calls, had to paid extra to use an iron and a mini ironinn board, didnt have a blow drier in the bathroom, no microwave in the room, no breakfast lunch or dinner available at the hotel
Room in very poor condition.
The view of the other hotels from the balcony.
The room I stayed have bugs crawling all over, shower curtain was filthy, shower drainage needed maintenance or replaced, bathroom floor drainage was without cover. no bathroom anemities, you have to pay $5 to get a water heater and a hair dryer, two items that are cheap and can be supplied without having to ask or pay.
Close to the beach and shopping.
This hotel is big, old, and need serious updating. The front desk staff is not to friendly. Housekeeping was garbage, my bedding had visible stains, and my room smelt like urine when I first enter.
Location was great for the price during peak season.
Hotel could use some major upgrades to the rooms and stop with the hidden charges (each child $20 extra per night/iron rental $5) plus phones didn't work inside rooms.
the staff and facilities
It is right next door to Tarza waterpark, and only a few minutes' walk to Outback steakhouse and the beach. The indoor parking area is also handy, since it rains so much in Guam.
There were small cockroaches, and the pool was not clean, with stuff floating in it. Plus the only microwave oven is in the lobby.
Room with a view.
Troubles with Wifi. Insects in the room.
Location was close to beach and stores
I say "fair" for staff only because they were mostly nice. But otherwise I'd say "poor" because if one particular staff. She didn't know anything, and she barely spoke English (works the graveyard shift). She charged me more for the room because she told me it's cheaper via booking.com. when I talked to the owner the next day she clarified and apologized, but wouldn't refund me the extra money her associate charged me for. Aside from that, there is a dive center at site but they only do Japanese tours, and again, the front desk knows nothing about helping you book tours. No amenities in the room, you have to pay $4 extra to get a hair dryer. I'm sorry, what I paid for I'd expect at least the basics. And cockroaches in room
The bed was not comfortable, the air conditioner not work well.
Strong consistent wifi signal. Close to Tumon stores, restaurants and beach.
I liked the staff, they were friendly. I didn't want to spend a lot of money for a room that I wouldn't really use for anything other than sleeping, and for that reason this was a good choice for me. Also it's very nearly TGIF and Alex there is a really great Bar Tender which made up for some of the other pubs I visited during my stay.
There were some problems with water pressure but was quickly fix by contacting the front desk.
Its close to dfs galleria and other shopping centers...just 3-5mins walk..housekeeping is good as well.they never failed to change towels for 5 days...
Little roaches are crawling in the bathroom...and hot water in the shower is not consistent .they close it at night. Though they opened it when we made the complaint..
