liked the pool and dinners. staff were friendly and helpful. gift shop had what i wanted. well stocked. didn't like the room, bed was to low, tv was small, shower water pressure was low, toilet had problems flushing, room furniture need a facelift, for a fairly new structure the hotel is run-down, lacks maintenance.

The staff was excellent. The beds were not changed for the entire week. They were made not changed. Should be changed at least once during stay. Need a place to hang clothing or pajamas. Also need two way mirror in the bathroom.

Excellent staff service very informative love the buffet breakfast 1. At the time of my stay the pool was closed for cleaning and I was a bit upset at the fact that it was a big weekend where other tourists/guests were staying and couldnt indulge in same until I was leaving on easter sunday 2. the shower once set on hot water only it kept shifting to cold water 3. upon my arrival the reception area smelled of cigarette smoke

I like the location of the Princess Hotel also breakfast was good. The pool was not working and no information what so ever, paying all that money to stay at the hotel and cannot used the pool. I did not just go there to sleep. So sad I think you guys need to do something about it, I looking forward hearing hearing from you all what compensation I can get for not using the pool.

The staffe was very friendly and tried to accomadate within their limits. Breakfast & view was amazing The cost was $150 per night with non working pool - never posted it on thier site. Bathroom water was backed up everyday leaving an odor in the room. No hot water. Need to leave the shower on for 20mins before the water gets warm. Cannot use the phones in the room to make calls. It was difficult to get through to the hotel.

Its proximity to the city and the sports center in Providence. Building has serious cracks on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors which need to be addressed as soon as possible.

The pool They don't have alot of choice of food and it's expensive. At our 1st breakfast they take off the food while we just begin to eat. We cannot have access at all the facilities of the hotel because they don't have personal to operate (tennis court, mini golf). The phone does'nt work in the rooms. The personal are not friendly.

Very courteous staff. very accommodating. Nice complimentary breakfast. Cheesy decorations, stains on hallway carpets, generally not very clean, strong odors in hallway every day, pool had black slime all along the sides, rails in pool were broken, entire property was in need of repair and upgrades. Overpriced rooms for what they had to offer.

I did enjoy my stay at Princess Hotel-Guyana because our room was quite large, clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and efficient and helpful. I felt safe after I settled in. The breakfast is the best feature of the day. My family and I enjoyed the variety of local foods, fruits and vegetables. All the dishes were well prepared and presentation was also great. The Chefs stopped at a few tables to chat and they deserve great compliments. The Casino was great even though we lost, but we had fun. We enjoyed sitting by the poolside-great to look at. Overall, the hotel was well designed and beautiful. Needs some cosmetic work on the inside and it'll continue to flourish. Even though the Princess Hotel was great in many ways; there were a few flaws. The toilet seat was made of thin plastic and did fit well on the seat, so everytime you sat down, it slipped out from under you-laugh; I am not obese.. For 6 nights I booked 2 rooms and one of those nights I booked 2 extra rooms for guests. Most of the toilets did not flush. The Plumber came up and showed us how to pump the flusher. On our first night there, they had a "pool party". When we entered the lobby, we were greeted by loud, rowdy noise; loud unbearable music and young people running around the lobby in scantily clad bathing suits and drinks in their hands. It gave the appearance of a cheap, disorderly hotel. We were scared. First appearance does matter. We booked our reservation in May but it seemed that they were not prepared. We had requested two rooms fairly near to each other, however we were placed in opposite directions of the hall until next day. The pool party should be restricted to the pool area and not in the lobby.
