    The breakfast was good

    The was bed making noise. I had to pull the mattress down on the floor & sleep....frame was broke.....the shower was running rusty water all the time.....balcony was very dirty...carpet in hallway smell very bad....for a first time at princess hotel not good.....never again

    The facility is in a great location to georgetown where everyhing is easily accessible by car.

    I booked a VIP suite for myself husband and 20 months old baby, they have a full size bed in a VIP suite, bed was so uncomfortable and the sheets on the bed was horrible looking. In addition the room was located directly under the club on Saturday night by baby couldn't sleep because that's how loud the music was. The toilet had problem flushing has to play with the handle in order for it to flush. The pool area was very dirty need to do a better job at cleaning.

    Location , easy access to the city and airport and all main roads

    Desk staff not professional phone was not working for my entire 4 days stay , unable to get extra towels hallways smells carpet need to be clean properly .would not recommend others to stay there , 2 stars . They are better hotels in Georgetown and cheaper.

    Most 0f staff friendly and helpful Breakfast excellent

    VIProom curtains will not open Balcony untidy no towels for swimming pool heavy smell of smoke in reception lounge ...therefore uncomfortable for non smoker.

    The Facilities are great. Good pool, nice lobby, ample security and spacious rooms. Great location and views. Room staff were friendly and always smiled and said hello.

    While the facilites are good the staff just are not up to speed on hospitality. The wait time at the pool for food service was extremely poor. The corridors smelled like wet dog. We asked for a wake up call from the front desk but they never called. The wi-fi was dead slow almost like the old AOL dial up speed. Also the food at the poolside restaurant is average at best but the prices are far too high for that quality of food. I ordered a steak med - well and got crispy beef.

    Helpful, friendly staff at the hotel not the casino

    Bad smell in corridors. Obnoxious casino bouncers. loud and obscene language allowed at pool side Water either too hot or too cold

    The breakfast buffet is very good. The wide variety of delicious Guyanese creole dishes, will appeal to anyone.

    The room needed general cleaning. More than what is provided daily. The hallway needed daily vaccuming. I saw the same litter for many days. Not a lot, but quite visible.

    The breakfast was very good and the staff are doin a fair job

    I didn't like the fact that u cannot have a guest visit to your room without paying extra... I was almost about to cancelled my stay there..had not management stepped in and fix that rediculous deceptive tactic..very poor taste

    big swimming pool, big double room, nice view from room Take credit cards

    Strong foul odors on hallways Small old CRT TV instead of flat TV Food was taste less. Not worth the the price. They admitted giving me frozen mushroom sauce. Only one elevator working at the time Internet issues everywhere at the hotel.

    staff interactions , very respectful.

    breakfast was good. lunch and dinner too expensive and very limited selection on menu. carpet in hallway , extremely dirty, old and foul smelling, needs to be removed for health reasons. will cause serious lung infections. hotel is now in competion, so the price will have to be more reasonable to keep their returning clients. this was my 2nd stay, but has seen a difference in quality , much lower this time. there was a leaking incidence that occurred at 2am, my room was opened by the housekeeping staff without notification by phone which was totally unacceptable , the housekeeping staff said he knocked the door But had a vacuum on, I did not hear the knock, only when the door was pushed open and really scared me , I did report to the desk staff that morning But no compensation was offered so my self and my son both checked out the next day and proceed to another hotel. our rooms was 409,411.

    Generally the food

    Not sticking to their word, when they said they would give a refund, if I was to return. Rooms not being clean. An acceptance that is acceptable to have ants and other insects on your bed prior to sleeping on it. Dirty floors. No variety to the alternative day breakfast. Uncovered food during breakfast attracting insects. TV remote not working and some of the channels not showing. Crazy policy of not accepting slightly torn tender and yet they expect you to take torn money when giving change!!

    entertainment and other activities in one building.

    1) too much flies when dining. 2) some staff at the pool area not so pleasant. 3) friends of guest not allowed to go to their room.

    I like the location especially when coming from airport and visiting family on west coast.

    There's not much that I did not like being from Guyana it's pretty much what I expected.

    1. good food. 2. friendly staff but not in casino. 3. taxi service.

    1.too long to wait for hot water in shower, I complained on this on my last stay at princess in nov 2011, 2. shower curtain to light, it blows back on your wet skin after showering which makes you feel very uncomfortable. 3. needs to update door locking device. 4. carpet in hallway has a bad scent.

    The staff was very firendly

    The staff handling food should wear gloves when handling food. The water pressure is too low. Washroom can be cleaner
