Beautiful hotel location and facility, I enjoyed the Casino.
Hotel Staff receptiveness need some Improvement, lack of knowledge on certain policy and service. Was unable to get a room service breakfast during stay. The bed linen need upgrading the sheets are very used, raveled and old.
Everything...food was horrible ,washroom was unkept ,no wifi ,only one restaurant ,no pool privacy people taking in their lunch whilst watching u
the pool area and breakfast
building works early till late. rooms with rusting furniture. broken bathroom fixtures. completely overpriced.
The reception and bar staff in particular were polite and very helpful. Thanks to Matthew and Rashee for making our stay so enjoyable. They made our experience memorable!
There was no hot water and we were put on the rundown part of the building that was undergoing renovations.
Staff at the bar was awesome a young guy called trayvon excellent service
The owner was very rude kept asking the staff to turn music down all the staff was jumpy when he was around . He never smiled or greeted guest staying in hotel a really mean man
It has everything you need Very helpful and accommodating staff
Drinks were a bit pricey It may be too far out of town for some
The cleaning staff was courteous and did a fairly good job regarding supplies and cleanliness. Breakfast was good but limited choices.
The staff in the front desk needs professional training. Loud music, up until 4:00am every night. Expect better for the price paid for a VIP room. Doesn't look like a VIP room. Need cable TV.
Loved the availability of taxis in front of the hotel. The room was promptly cleaned on a daily basis. Lots of breakfast choices. Loved the waitress who made eggs of your choice on a daily basis The bathrooms by the pool looked great. The pool seemed good (did not have a chance to try it). Nice lobby.
The wait staff during dinner time was slow and seemed to lack enthusiasm. The meals were sometimes cold and not what was ordered. Overall, the wait staff needs to be properly trained. For example, they should not provide one menu for a table of four....makes no sense when there are lots available menus. The GYM was unkempt (no towels, no air conditioning). The Gift shop opens much later than listed. The carpeting in the hallway had an odor. No clock or radios in the rooms.
Great entertainment spot with a large pool, tasty food, a cinema and fun casino.
Traffic congestion and inadequate parking.
I like the the breakfast buffet
The carpet in the hallways stunk. And made me sneeze. Also one of the staff charge me 7000 Guyana dollars for breakfast then bragged about it to her co- worker in the ladies room
The location and the professional of the front desk staff
The breakfast can be better and some of the casino staff need to be better with customer care especially the waitresses.
Very old furniture, all breaking, depressing, water for shower was yello with mud
The curb view of the hotel is very good.
Inside the rooms does not match the appearance of the hotel.
Very outdated Needs refurbishment air con was terrible shower and bath were worn out Food was OK.
Pool restaurant Bar tenders
Cannot prepaid rooms Facilities Old and used furnitures
Excellent Caribbean style breakfast, comfortable room, my stay was great!
The Wi-Fi was slow...
1. The Food 2. The Pool 3. The Movie and Games Room 4. Reliable taxi service 5. Lobby interior was welcoming
1. We did not like that you could not make an outside private or business telephone call without having to stand at the front desk for them to place the call and for you to have a conversation. 2. There was no proper business office set-up for guest use. There was only one computer located in the corner by the front desk that looked like a old second hand desk with a chair that the seat cushion was not stable (needed to be adjusted in order to ensure that if you sat on it, it would not move and make you fall off onto the floor). 3. They had to run a drop cable in our room in order for us to be able to utilize power for our computers, games, etc. 4. Entry door to room was warp. 5. Bathtub did not drain properly due to it not being balanced. 6. Charging an A+ Class Hotel room rate (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt) for a room that would be rated as a (Motel 6 or a Days Inn).
I liked everything about the Hotel and their friendly staff. They made us feel real at home.
However, the Casino staff (except the people at the front desk) were disgusting. They have absolutely no customer service skills. The CASHIERS should be given a lesson on "how to smile".
Hotel Staff, breakfast was terrific, maid service was attentive, pool was lovely, easy check in and out, security was good. Towels smelled and were very clean and plentiful. Spacious rooms. Plentiful hot water.
Hotel furnishings (lobby, dining and rooms) need to be refreshed, mattresses and bed linens need to be refreshed.
Breakfast was good. Hotel staff was pleasant to deal with.
Surprised that I couldn't retrieve my telephone messages. Carpet in hallway is unhealthy and smells - needs a thorough cleaning or carpet needs to be replaced. Next time I visit Guyana, I'll stay at the Pegasus or Marriott hotel. The balcony of my room was not private and had no chair so I couldn't go outside to sit.
keep water bottles in the room; other things to do....movie, casino, etc; breakfast included...credit card number did not get stolen this time
very poor lighting in room, wi-fi weak
The buffet breakfast
Swimming under renovation Poor bed Not the best scent on the lobby Couldn't rest at noon due to high noise Has a terrible tv in the room with the worst audio system Buffet lunch is served without water no drink, you have to buy. Highly overrated.
I stay there b4 and had the same experience, I thought service would be better, but not. Cab was outside when ever I need a cab was the only positive thing there.
Had 2 wait 25 min for a server 2 approach table had 2 get menu, when I order a drink it came out in 3 different glass, not constant, value for my money 0, recommend 2 Someone yes other hotel.
The breakfast was good
The was bed making noise. I had to pull the mattress down on the floor & sleep....frame was broke.....the shower was running rusty water all the time.....balcony was very dirty...carpet in hallway smell very bad....for a first time at princess hotel not good.....never again
