Everything else. The carpets in the hallway dirty and stinks also the rooms smell awful. It's a hotel might be OK for the locals but good enough for overseas travellers
Spaces by the pool
No hot water, dirty floors and carpets. Meals price too high.
The Fun Room, cinema, and casino
Had to stay at the hotel while they are reconstructing. Missed the comfortability.

Front desk was very helpful and friendly excellent customer service
Some details such as only 1 night stand lamp in room, lack of ice bucket/machine (outdated guide said ice machines were on floor vs having to go to the bar at the pool), poor caulking around the shower. But, these not enough to detract from the experience.
Staff was super, especially in the restaurant. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet was great. Pool was large and very clean. Casino was enjoyable, as was the Terrace Bar.
Hotel Staff receptiveness need some Improvement, lack of knowledge on certain policy and service. Was unable to get a room service breakfast during stay. The bed linen need upgrading the sheets are very used, raveled and old.

There was no hot water and we were put on the rundown part of the building that was undergoing renovations.
The reception and bar staff in particular were polite and very helpful. Thanks to Matthew and Rashee for making our stay so enjoyable. They made our experience memorable!
The owner was very rude kept asking the staff to turn music down all the staff was jumpy when he was around . He never smiled or greeted guest staying in hotel a really mean man

The staff in the front desk needs professional training. Loud music, up until 4:00am every night. Expect better for the price paid for a VIP room. Doesn't look like a VIP room. Need cable TV.
The cleaning staff was courteous and did a fairly good job regarding supplies and cleanliness. Breakfast was good but limited choices.
The wait staff during dinner time was slow and seemed to lack enthusiasm. The meals were sometimes cold and not what was ordered. Overall, the wait staff needs to be properly trained. For example, they should not provide one menu for a table of four....makes no sense when there are lots available menus. The GYM was unkempt (no towels, no air conditioning). The Gift shop opens much later than listed. The carpeting in the hallway had an odor. No clock or radios in the rooms.
Loved the availability of taxis in front of the hotel. The room was promptly cleaned on a daily basis. Lots of breakfast choices. Loved the waitress who made eggs of your choice on a daily basis The bathrooms by the pool looked great. The pool seemed good (did not have a chance to try it). Nice lobby.

Great entertainment spot with a large pool, tasty food, a cinema and fun casino.
The carpet in the hallways stunk. And made me sneeze. Also one of the staff charge me 7000 Guyana dollars for breakfast then bragged about it to her co- worker in the ladies room

Excellent Caribbean style breakfast, comfortable room, my stay was great!
1. We did not like that you could not make an outside private or business telephone call without having to stand at the front desk for them to place the call and for you to have a conversation. 2. There was no proper business office set-up for guest use. There was only one computer located in the corner by the front desk that looked like a old second hand desk with a chair that the seat cushion was not stable (needed to be adjusted in order to ensure that if you sat on it, it would not move and make you fall off onto the floor). 3. They had to run a drop cable in our room in order for us to be able to utilize power for our computers, games, etc. 4. Entry door to room was warp. 5. Bathtub did not drain properly due to it not being balanced. 6. Charging an A+ Class Hotel room rate (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt) for a room that would be rated as a (Motel 6 or a Days Inn).

However, the Casino staff (except the people at the front desk) were disgusting. They have absolutely no customer service skills. The CASHIERS should be given a lesson on "how to smile".
