The location was very convenient for a family trip. The elevators were full all the time. We were in floor 18 and we had to take the elevator going up and to be able to go down.

Location is accessible to all and convenience experience with airport express. elevators are not enough to accommodate people. we have to wait for a long time to get up and down to lobby. Rooms are small.

The location is perfect for anyone who wants to discover the city Cleaning is done really well and the hotel staff is quite helpful The free wifi barely worked Rooms are extremely small You can hear well what happens in the neoghbouring rooms

We stayed in the hotel 1 night on pur way from Moscow to Bali. The hotel is very basic and it is next door to the Hong Kong Scout association so the hall is crowded with children. The breakfast is good, big variety of the buffet. The location is ok, there is a very nice park nearby, though surroundings are rather shabby. Our flight was at 10am and we asked for the early chek-in advance, though we only got 1 room at 12pm and the second at 2pm.

Not bad location for the price - very close to shopping district and to Cowloon station (train to airport). - Too small rooms - I had a locked door inside my room next to bed. I do not know what was at the other side of the door but it looked mysteriously. - At the reservation form at booking.com I ordered one big bed but in fact I got two small beds in the room. For one night it doesn't matter but still...

Shopping in walking distance. The staff is very helpfull ,and qualified.The rooms are very clean. The room service is excellent and very fast.Free WIFI.The location was almost perfect.

Good place, clean, near the Metro Small rooms. I booked a room with a large bed and got two deaths separately. Breakfast is not good.

the CITY VIEW is great, clean, big bed! spacious, more cable channel choices, informative channel of their own featuring HONG KONG! big lobby! their shower is not nice as the once we have stayed that have the same rating in the area. they gave one each of shampoo and bath gel in a little container that wan't enough. there was only a liquid hand soap in the sink that we could use. long queue in check in and out. lobby bathroom on second floor.

Small, but very clean and well equipped with all the amenities your need :- free in room internet, good quality towels & sheets, hot shower, coffee maker, refrigerator. Will definitely stay at your hotel when next in HK. Booked two nights , but on arrival had to cancel the second night ,,so first night room rate was increased by $ 40 . Holiday guest can book defined dates,,, but business travel plans can change at the last moment

The staff was friendly and had an excellent view of the city from my room. The bedroom was small, but this is normal for Hong Kong. The internet was very slow, OK for browsing but not enough for Skype.
