The hotel entrance is huge, and very grand. The staff were very helpful and polite, especially on the 'tours and excursions' desk. In the room, the air-con was great, and the mini-bar had a fair selection of drinks. The location is fantastic, half way between the harbour and all the shops, and the markets. Also 5 minutes walk from the main strip, Nathan Road. There was a 10% per night charge added to the bill for housekeeping, which I didn't find out about until I was checking out. |

We loved the decor and the ambience. The location and proximity to all we wanted in Hong Kong. Everything was just perfect as far as we were concerned. The staff were most courtweous and helpful. |

the shopping is near and the mtr station is stone throw away.. shopping is good in and around the area. the rooms were really small and if you go with your family go for bigger rooms if they have some otherwise if you are alone or only two of them then it is fine to stay otherwise very small.. no walking space or luggage space in the room if the beds are joined together.. |

We arrived at 7.00am, they quickly found a room, with a partial view of the harbour. Very efficient and keen to go out of their way to help. Having the park / gardens just around the corner was an added bonus. Wireless was not available on the higher floors, but free use of the internet at the lounge computer helped |

cleanliness of the room, location, good view (better than I expected), welcome fruit (offered with a knife... The Ramada Hong Kong where I stayed some years ago, gave me some welcome fruit, however didn't offer me a knife. So I could hardly enjoy the welcome fruit.) I couldn't find a hairdrier in the room. |
