I love this hotel. I have stayed here many times and always had a great experience. Very convenient to MTR, restaurants, and shopping.

Spots on the bathroom towels and there was some blood stains on the bed sheets

the hotel is centrally located in hk with all markets and food joints near by. easily accessible from airport by direct bus A 21 . rooms are small ( but all hk hotels rooms are small )

only single sachets of coffee / sugar / whitener instead of 2. drainage of shower water very slow. hand towel very small.

Great Location, Good service, Hotel Front staff can communicate in English well.

Central to Kowloon, easy to get to Hong Kong.

Porter insisted on carrying our (quite light) bags to the room for us, then pointedly hovered for a tip.

Relatively small room. No breakfast. Electrical outlets in very inconvenient, some time in hardly reachable places. Overpriced.

Budget-friendly and location is indeed central. No-fuss check-in and check-out. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Just right for a single traveler like me who spends most of the time out.

Walls are thin. I can hear every single noise outside from my room.

The room was clean & comfortable, the staff friendly, helpful & courteous. I thoroughly enjoyed my 10 day stay and recommend the hotel without reservation.

never clean my room good, full of hair and dirts on the floor. 5days and 4 nights never changed towel in the room until you ask it. Only first day had a bottle of water,but never put more bottles of water in the room anther 4days

A lot of noise at night in my particular room. stay away from emergency stair...

Location is incredible! Very convenient to everything since the MTR station is about a 2 minute walk.Great night life nearby in short walking distance. Love it.

I have stayed in this hotel many times over the last 4 years. It is starting to show some wear and tear and is looking aged, but the location still makes it a great place to stay.

Location are very good our business Staff are friendly

The location could not have been better. The staff were very helpful. We had had a long overnight flight and they stored our luggage early in the morning, and when one of our two rooms became available, they let us in to this room an hour or so early. Both of us were upgraded to a double room rather than the single we had paid for.

The bed was as hard as a brick BUT I do believe that is fairly general in Hong Kong.

Location...am familiar with Kowloon area and am happy with this hotel.

Room 612 had some wear and tear on the wallpaper. But otherwise was great.

-It is strategically located near the bus stops, mtr stations, food establishments (local and international like McDonald's, kfc, Burger King), money changers and shopping boutiques (Giordano, etc). From the airport, you can take the a21 bus and alight at Cameron Road, Nathan Road (13th stop). From there, it's just a minute walk to the hotel. You'll actually pass the mtr station exit before you reach the hotel. When you go back to the airport, you can walk longer on the other side of Nathan Road and look for the a21 bus stop, Kimberley Road, Nathan Road. Bus fare costs hk$33. -You can also take a walk at the Kowloon Park and a long walk to the Avenue of the Stars. -We were billeted at room 505, which faces the Cameron Road, which is so cool. The room is not too big, but not too small for us newlyweds, and the fixtures and furniture look new and clean. They have a hair dryer, water heater for coffee/tea, and strong wifi signal in the room (free of charge). -Water heater at the shower is perfect! No bathtub, however, but that's just fine. -The staff is very friendly and accommodating and are very helpful to us. We checked out at 12nn and asked the staff if we could leave our belongings at the hotel lobby so that we could go around because our flight is at 7pm. They agreed. -It's a bit pricey, but I expect high rates on hong kong hotels. Although pricey, we saved a lot on transportation expenses because of its location near mtr and bus stops.

-The rates we paid were higher than the rate indicated at the booking, but then we figured it was the additional 10 percent tax or something. We didn't mind at all. -Pillows are too soft, but it's just a minor problem. -They only give water bottles on the first day, so you have to buy your own on succeeding days. -Cable channels don't have enough English channels, but hey, you don't go to Hong Kong to watch too much tv, right? :) just a minor problem.

The hotel looks new and the room are neat and tidy. The single room acceptable space. I stay at 8 floor can,t hear the noise very quite although outside environment are busy.

I didn't like was check out time are fixed.. No tolerances at all although i have a reason behind that which i cannot make on time. To me i m not purposely to have late check out just because of i m involve the SCHK marathon 2013 which cannot avoided for late arrival.

Staff were nice and friendly. Very close to the station (Tsim Sha Tsui). Lots of shops open until late at night around this area. This hotel is located in very convenient area =] Next time I visit Hong Kong, I'll definitely stay at this hotel =]

I asked to replace a light bulb just after arriving but they didn't. So I asked the housekeeping staff directly on the next day, she did immediately.
