Very convenient to use the Airport bus A21 (HK$33.00) don't take the expansive train on the Hotel Shuttle buses. after 15 years of traveling to HK I discover the A21 great service and double Decker bus, Sit on top and enjoy the tour on the town. Small room on the 8 floor, you hardly have a place for the big suitcase. |

I liked the location of Hotel Benito, very near the MTR station and the shopping area. Hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the beds are really comfortable. They have a lounge area where coffee and internet is free. except for the small rooms everything is perfect. |

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Benito. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lounge was very useful - we were able to access our internet and even pay bills on line (and on time) because of the lounge. I also liked the free coffee and juice. The staff was helpful and friendly. I suggest that they extend the lounge previleges even just for a few hours after check-out. Maybe they can give a temporary pass or somehting. Sometimes guests need a comfortable place to wait for ther airport pick up. thanks |

Nice room, Comfortable bed. It is a good location in the centre of the Central shopping area and near the harbour. Great location. It would have been good to be able to have breakfast there instead of having to look elsewhere, |

Amazing location in the Heart of Kowloon district... Steps from tst mtr exit. Close to many different restaurants and Nathan Road. 5 minute walk to the Harbour Front. Hotel does not have a cafe or restaurant therefore no breakfast... There is a cafe directly beside the hotel though that serves baked goods. |

Simple, clean and inexpensive, with a great location close to an MTR station, within easy walking distance of the Star Ferry and close to great shops and restaurants. |

Easy access to airport train. The rooms were clean and well equipped with safe, lcd tv, coffee making facilities and fridge. Good internet access. The area behind the hotel had some excellent restaurants including turkish and italian. MTR station across road for easy transport to other areas. |

How convienient it was to travel around Hong Kong! I would have never thought that with the price I paid, I would get such a great location. Located just right at the exit of Tsim Sha Tsui, Cameron Road. It made shopping so much easier! Big fan of egg tarts? Try the ones at the eatery located just right beside the hotel entrance. Really yummy. Had to buy a few back to Singapore! :P Overall, a really good experience staying at Hotel Benito. Only one thing that is really disappointing. Didn't managed to have any good dim sum thoroughout my whole trip. |

Room was really nice, bath ecpecially in the bathroom, location very good Considering the fact that breakfast wasn't inclueded (there isn't even restaurant in the hotel), there were no gymnasium or swimming pool, the room rate was really expensive. |

Reasonable price for Hong Kong, room not too small (single person in single room), helpful staff, good location, free internet access in room & fridge The noise made by the cleaner in the hallway outside my room every night between 1am - 4am. |

the L1 common lounge area with free computer and WiFi access; plus free hot chocolate and coffee maker. Handy location in middle of tourist district; next to MTR station Beware of $500 HKD deposit required at check-in. If paying by card you won't get the refund til 3days later. Staff not great at dealing with issues/problems eg. getting refund back on a prepaid HKD card. English not great; did not explain about charging the card 500HKD clearly. Room bit claustrophobic and air conditioning can be uncomfortably cold/noisy. Good bathroom though. |

This was a lovely hotel in the heart of Tsim Sha Sui. It is a very nice hotel, espescially for the price I paid (half the rack rate). If you pay full rate, it is actually very expensive for what you get. The room I stayed in wasn't very big, although it was nicely decorated. |

Perfect location, friendly helpful staff, free Internet and hot and cold drinks. Comfortable room. Room smelled a bit damp but still a very nice room. Very small though. Neither of these factors affected my stay though and I was extremely happy with the hotel. |
