good welcome, location was good for everything
Staff very friendly, very convenient location and cleanliness is perfect. Thanks to Ms May.
No WiFi connection in the room, need to living hall (reception) to get WiFi.
Right beside metro, and airport bus stops right outside.
Didn't bother us cos we took stairs most of the time, but only 1lift available to that floor.
Very small room Elevators too crowded to use Intimidating crowd on ground floor of the building
there was no room when arrived. waited till nite. it was very diappointing.
The location only
Huge line up to go up the elevator every time Send us to a different guest house the first night which was noicy and dirty, and then made us wait the second day to change us to the one we reserve, very desappointed. This kind of guest house is not for everybody, not families or mature couples, just backpackers
The owner is nice, understanding and accomodating..
There were things stacked under the beds.. Also, me and my family were very uncomfortable and felt unsafe and uneasy because of the people who were crowded at the ground floor.. We arrived at chungking mansion at night.. We thought of having dinner after we check in but we decided not to because we felt unsafe.. Sorry to say but we were not satisfied.. Although I do like the owner.. I hope they could transfer to a better location with better ambiance..
I like the staff and the fact that they clean room everyday.
Soundproofing is so poor. I was irritated by noise at night.
All good but just a little small. Peter from NYC, USA
Just a little small
I loved May and her staff, Ling (I hope I got her name right). They're very nice and accommodating. I also liked the comfy beds and the fact that they cleaned the rooms and provided clean towels every day unlike in some hostels.
It's not Beverly Guest House's fault, but my complaint would have to be the limited elevator in the building. We were forced to take the stairs a lot of times to save time, which was very precious during our travel.
As above - the room was very clean and staff helpful and courteous.
The air coditioner was very loud.
1)Location.Just across the street when came up from Tsim Sha Tsui MRT station 2)Owner was very friendly
Room is very small,no table. But it is ok if it is just for 1 night stay.
Friendly staff & located at city center.
Room is really small & I got some bed bug bite. The building crowded with black foreigner and hanging out at the lobby, I don't feel safe. Very small lift only fit for about 6 person.
VERY BAD property. There are people here just making a quick buck. It should not be recommended,
Cleaness, building, people around the entry to the lift
