Excellent location & rate. Fantastic view (harborside suite). Very professional / helpful staff. Free internet. Just a short walk (10 min) up the hill from Central & restaurants / bars / nightlife of Soho / Lan Kwai Fong. I will definitely stay here again! Wifi was realiable and free, but bandwidth was slow and signal in my room was weak. Couldn't use Skype reliably as a result. Toilet didn't flush easily. |

We got Harbor View and it has beautiful views over HK. Its in a safe location. Its clean and although very small, well designed. It has a shuttle bus . Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices of mini bar items are ridiculously expensive. |

Nothing good I can say about Bishop Lei.. The room was so small that you can hardly have any space after putting your luggage. The hot water supply is inconsistent and you have to endure some cold in between shower. |

Std room with good view, although harbour view was $350 a night more. room small but sufficient.convenient location near to hot spots and bus transport. clean and well maintained. Most staff corteous and knowledgable. Thanks for the stay. Some banging noises from room above an cleaners, late sleepers due to time change. Hotel should let guests know when they book the offer of picking up guests at station. and supply bus timetable for city. |

Staff friendly and efficient. We liked the location as needed to be near some of our family nearby. Easy access to central area via travelator. Mattress too firm and pillows lumpy. Food geared more to asian than european. Room very small. Also asked for payment after two weeks instead of waiting until end of our stay - very unprofessional! |

The location of the bedroom in the harbour suite is nice . but that s all ! air conditioning was working all time despite the fact that outside temperature was 13 celsius . Poor breakfast . I would not recommend this hotel . For 20 USD more per room you can get a much better hotel in HK |

This is definitely the best value hotel I have ever stayed with attentive staff who provided excellent services. I love its shuttle bus service to town and airport express station which I have used. Otherwise we used the mid-levels escalator about 5 minutes from hotel along Mosque Street. If you walk along Robinson street towards escalator direction, you can find Manning (Guardian shop), Wellcome supermarket and Park&Shop supermart - about 5 minutes away. Along the mid-levels escalator, we found more shops like porridge, chicken/duck stall, clothing and HK wetmarket, there's also the best-ever egg tart shop which last governor has tried - it is better than macau's! Lan kwai fang is a stone throw from escalator. We even have a swimming pool! If the staff are more friendly, greet and smile, this would be a perfect hotel, trust me! They should be more proactive by speaking to us first and brief us more on the hotel....they only did so when I prompt them more. However when I required help at 12am one wee morning for bedsheet cover, they did so in a flash! Overall, I will want to stay in this hotel again! |

Convenience of location for mid-levels. Free transfer to HK Station. Efficient and responsive staff. Value for money. Water heater was irratic. Room is small, little space to put luggage. |

My wife and I took a city break, while the kids were away and we were both working in Central. In relation to Hong Kong hotels, the location was close to Central and reasonably priced. Our harbour view, two room suite was small, but very clean, quiet and efficient. I was pleased the hotel did not attract the party/drinking culture that some Central hotels in this price range do. Access to bus and taxi was right out the front door. The patio looks out over the city and harbour, the breakfast was very good. Free wireless internet access was a bonus, many hotel charge up to hkd100/day. A very friendly, clean and comfortable hotel at good value given it's fantastic location. Only one key? |
