Very close to mid-levels & escalator. Great place to stay if you want to experience life in the mid-levels. Upgrade rooms have very nice view of city and Victoria Bay. Location is safe. Rooms are clean. Front desk staff is efficient. Enjoyed my visit to HK with retired parents. Front desk staff was not as friendly or eager to help as I had hoped, but they were retry ice. I think they need all need a salary raise or better promotion system.

Located uphill -- but escalators take you there -- in a very convenient location close to Central and Lan Kwai Fong. The hotel is very clean, spotless, confortable room with a great view. Average breakfast.Gym and pool are of adequate size for HK standards. Fast check-in, check-out. Helpful and smiley staff. The most disappointing aspect is the internet access. True enough, it is free and marketed as a plus. However connection is slow, log in is cumbersome, and the whole stuff not very useful beyond email. For some reason, you can't connect 2 devices to the internet with a single log in... E.g. I needed to ask the reception for a new password everytime I switch from the laptop to the phone... Completely anachronic and below standard for a hotel in HK where a lot of info is on the internet only!

The location on the mid levels is great. You are close to most things and a bus stop is right outside the hotel. The hotel staff also help with change for the busses, which is a great help. You can come up the mid level escalator which is only 5 minutes away. The room we were in is very small. We could not put both our bags on the floor and walk around the beds

The room was truly a haven in a busy, hot and crowded city. It was immaculately clean and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. No shop to buy anything you may forget. The refrigerator in the room had small bottles of water to buy, but they were expensive.

The restaurant was surprisingly quite good. The suite was excellent. I loved the idea of a suite, since I do not watch tv, but my husband does so at all hours of the day and night, especially when he suffers from jet lag. My husband could watch tv in the living room and I could sleep in the bedroom. The closet was not adequate, however.

Very clean and the hotel staff were courteous and helpful. In common with most hotels in Hong Kong, the room sizes were small, but slightly larger than some of the more budget-conscious hotels. The bathroom, though small, was working well and had a regular supply of shampoo/soap/etc provided. Complimentary coffee and tea with kettle also provided in the room, but paid-for drinks and snacks were expensive.

The staff were very helpful. The evening meals were very good value for money and were served efficiently and well. The hotel position next to the botanical gardens and within walking distance to Central and eating areas was excellent. The single beds were comfortable but narrow and the space for luggage in the room was very limited.

Absolutely perfect. Good price, very modern and cozy room, of course its small, this is Hong Kong ! Friendly and efficient staff. Very good location in the prime Midlevels area close to the escaltor and the soho restaurant and nightlife area. Good bus connections from a bus station in front of the hotel This does not happen often. But there was absolutely nothing which was wrong with this hotel.

Location cose to mid-level escalotors, all the shops and bars aongside them. Staff at the front desk were quite rude & dismissive. They enforced a deposit you pay upon arrival that is either payable by cash or credit card. this amounts to nearly twice the value of your room, not a nice start to when you arrive. We tryed to book a second night & was told to go onto booking.com to get the rates we acquired for the first night. I wouldnt give my hote my buisness again or recommend it.

“The hotel has a perfect location. Majority of the rooms are facing the harbor and has a great view of Tsim Shat Siu. Metro statin is in 5 min walking distance. Tram is also in 5 min walking distance. The hotel is located within 5 min walking to Star Ferry as well as the bus station. 18 and 18P buses stop right in front of the hotel which makes it easy to travel within the city. The room is in good size for two people. Beds are very comfortable. Complimentary tea/coffee set-up, a kettle and one bottle of complimentary water is available and replcaed every day. Breakfast is satisfactory for a western traveller. They also have varieties of Chinese cuisine. Godo value for money if you make your booking in advance.” Sen, Istanbul |
