Good sized, clean rooms (esp for Hong Kong). Pool, gym, restaurant on-site. Easy to get to town, they have a free shuttle, also the bus stop is outside. Two minutes walk to the mid-levels escalators to get down also. Overall very good hotel for the price.

Staff is really helpful and kind. We booked the room with baby cot and we received a mail saying that standard room was to small to had a cot. We had a free upgrade. Reservation staff were super and cleaning ladies were really nice to us and our son of one year old. Location: not difficult to find, well connected by public transportation to central and wanchai, near to the peak, hotel shuttle bus every half and hour. On foot with a stroller is.. fun but complicated. Rooms are clean and small but it is hong Kong and I have been told that those that face the road can be noisy early in the morning. The food at the hotel restaurant is not so good.I would say this is the only negative side. The rest was good.

-location next to the midlevel escalator -free shuttle buses to major public transportation points like central station... -clean room -confused staff -very small rooms, almost no space to walk, the bed covers the whole room -pool has no harbor view as it is mentioned in the description (at least we could not see any small part of the harbor from the pool area) -expensive

- nothing Nothing was good. We would never recomend this hotel. Room ("suite") is not worth the name. Breakfast extremely poor. This hotel is no value for money. We had booked four nights but moved out after two. Extremely bad hotel - don't book it.

Location is great - just few minutes away from Central Station. Furniture is little bit old, but still comfortable. Deposit box in the room hasn't got passcode lock, so you have to take a key each time you leave the room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great. The courtesy coach to/from Central station was good. We liked the breakfast. We were upgraded to a suite with a great view which we appreciated - apparently the rooms are quite compact.

NIce not-so-expensive hotel, clean and nice. Floor-to-ceiling windows are great. Rooms are small, location is not so good (10 minutes on escalator from Central station).

Amazing view from our 'infinity' bed ... you feel virtually suspended over Hing Kong. Mid levels location near to the escalators and both Soho and Central We booked a two room harbour suite which was just about adequate in size .. any s standard room may be a challenge .. as there is barely space for a suitcase. Rooms although a bit dated where well maintained a clean.

Clean and comfortable bed. Great wifi connection and excellent air cond. really liked the one bedroom apartment with a tv in each room. Loved being so close to the mid level escalators and walking to lots of pubs and restaurants. Courtesy shuttle bus down to city centre was also great too. Nothing to dislike at all.

I had a lovely harbor view room on the 21st floor. The rooms were a good size, clean and the room service was fast. They had frequent shuttles to shopping and the convention centre so getting around Hong Kong was made easy. I tried having a shower one morning but could not get any hot water so I showered at night. By the time the hot water came through, the drain would back up so the water would be up to my ankles...I don't like that :-(

Very good location, 5 mins walk to central. Beautiful view of Central from the mid-level mountain. Easy transportation from hotel to main business areas, e.g. causeway bay, north point and so on. Cheap price too. Room is a bit small but very clean. Good price though for such location and staff.

It's location is perfect for night out in Soho mid-levels, close to the tube. Central is minutes away. The hotel room was quite small. The pool was small and waters not heated. The fitness room was small.
