Bishop Lei International House  

Very close to mid-levels & escalator. Great place to stay if you want to experience life in the mid-levels. Upgrade rooms have very nice view of city and Victoria Bay. Location is safe. Rooms are clean. Front desk staff is efficient. Enjoyed my visit to HK with retired parents.

Front desk staff was not as friendly or eager to help as I had hoped, but they were retry ice. I think they need all need a salary raise or better promotion system.

We stayed for 9 nights...very good all round would certainly stay here again.

The hotel itself near to world longest outdoor escalator in central district, hong kong. It's convenient to Nightlife at Lan Kwai Fong too. There is a lot nice food nearby outdoor escalators. Friendly staff but need more smile on their face. Nice city view but not Harbour View..

Normally hotel will provide two bottle free mineral water everyday. This is first hotel I stay that no provide free mineral water. Anyhow thats not a big problem because we can get big bottle of mineral water anytime at 7-11 store with Hkd10 only.

It was an affordable option that was clean and safe and in the area that was of interest to me.

It was small but I had anticipated that at this price level.

The great location, mid-levels. It's easy to get into the city center and to all the attractions. Nice garden and zoo very close. Very polite and attentive personnel Rather good breakfast View over the city

As was mentioned before in many reviews - very small room.

Location is excellent for Soho area and Lang Kwai - plus relatively short Taxi ride to the Convention Centre. Free WiFi works well.

Some of the reception staff need to learn to smile more and the rooms are very small.

The pool area was nice.

Paid extra for harbour view room and could not see harbour. Staff most unapproachable. Bed very uncomfortable and the bedroom extremely small.

It was in a very convenient location for our visit with family and sight-seeing around Hong Kong.

The cost of the room was too much for the space provided but the accomodations were adequate for sleeping. Just would not want to spend any extended time in the room.

My only complaint is that the airconditioning in the dining room is always dialed too cold. I say always as I have been coming to Bishop Lei for 3 years.

I did not like this hotel and also they charge me hkd4300 but ob booking.com the price showing was hkd 2550. The receptionist was not respectful also. I don't recommand this hotel.

Very good for its price. Great location on Mid-Levels, with lots of taxis and bus stop outside. The hotel is a sound and clean older hotel, suitable for business travellers who don't need all the perks but want everything to work with well trained and attentive staff etc. The hotel also has a good western breakfast, and awesome view down onto the Bank of China Building.
