I was upgraded to premium room and loaned a mobile phone for free which enabled me to make free local calls. Very pleasant surprise. The room is tiny. Comfortable for 1 person. |

Conveniently located for shopping and public transport. Hotel staff were pleasant.Hotel is new and clean. The rooms were very small for two people to move around in. It was hard to get a table for breakfast as there are only three tables. The one room, one key policy wasn't very convenient. |

Good location, very close to both Causeway Bay and Wahchai and the hotel staff was very helpful. If you are looking for comfort, please choose other hotel, the room size is extremely small. The bed size is too short for 180 cm or over and if you are over 90 kgs, you may not be able to close the shower door. |

The helpful staff, thoughtful details such as the in room cellular home that made it a lot easier (and cheaper) to keep in touch with people at home and the cleanliness of the room. |

The room is very clean and the staff is nice and friendly. The room design is nice, as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has limited budget. I stayed in the standard room. The room is very small but its design is nice. What i don't like the most is that, although the hotel is non-smoking but sometimes they let smoking guests do smoke in the hotel room and i can smell the smoke in my room. Maybe the smoke flows through the air-con. |

Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. The room was perfect. It was just what I needed. Great view and away from the tourist traps but close enough to be able to visit them. The webiste did not tell me the hotel was going to do that. The website said service was not included but when I paid they added it to the bill, which was unexpected. |
