location is good in heart of coffeeshops, shopping malls and rows of shops.Some of the rooms are very, very small but the staff were kind enough to upgrade us to a bigger room without any charge. The house keeping did not replenish some of the toiletries even when it was evident that the contents have been used up and the bottles were empty. |

It's a new and beautiful boutique hotel. They provided free wired internet, 2 small bottle of water, strong water jet for shower, comfy pillows and bed. The hotel staffs are all very polite and helpful. Kelvin the duty manager went out of his way to help me when I merely asked to change an ethernet cable as I couldn't be online (he came armed with a laptop and ready to check my line, and later with 2 follow- up calls to see if the problem was solved, and offered/indicated the free online station in the reception area etc), very impressive, many thanks Kelvin. Nothing much negative. No in-house slipper provided. Bathroom if it's more covered will be good if sharing with family or platonic friend (it's with glass panel which for the overall interior design purposes is modern and add to its spaciousness. The hotel has added timber blind and attached frosted glass, still a little 'transparent' if one cares to peep properly). Still, it's a very nice and beautiful hotel I enjoyed my stay there, and if the price doesn't escalate, I will definitely go back there in my next visit to hk. |

I love the service and the presentation. I really appreciate the upgrade and enjoyed the view from my room. I did not like the zebra print sofa. It was a little old-fashioned and did not match the stylish and modern feel of the hotel. |

The hotel is very new with modern design and would be nice to enjoy the comfort if you have time :) It's only a few steps away from Times Square, which means you can get anything you need within short distance. Good experience. |

Great location, excellent service and friendly staff....always smiles on their faces. Internet access in lobby. Excellent value for the money. I'd stay again and recommend this hotel to my friends. Nothing negative. |

Good location with varieties of food around the corners. Excellence service of the hotel staff. Room very small, house keeper put the compliment bottles of drinking water in the toilet along with the soap and shampoo. They should have put it on the table in the room. No Wifi service in the room. |

Quick and easy chedk in and check out. Great location, room layout and that access to room is not through a lobby or such. Access for taxi pickup/drop off was lacking. |

great hospitality, makes you feel welcome. there's even a list of vcd you can borrow travellers who dont know cantonese better take a chinese translation of the address, the cab driver may not know morrison hill in english |

Hotel is very very poor. Really, there is a lot of better hotels around. The rooms are very small, not as on the photos, as we arrived the problems started already. The staff said that there is no rooms available at the moment so either we should wait for 6+ hours to check in. After we have waited we received the room for the peoples with disabilities what was really insane. There was seas of water in the bathroom, the 10% service tax is excluded from the main price but the room was cleaned just in second day from the 7 total days. All the views are on the neighbour building windows, so you could view the city just from 28+ floor. At the reception said me that the 28+ floors are deluxe only rooms so you will live and sleep near very noisy. |

Very clean, team very helpfull, quiet, good location It was written on booking.com that the hotel provides free lan access in the room but it was not the case, we had to pay for it.The door of the bathroom/toilets is transparents...it's really not confortable when you share the room with a colleague and go to toilets... The room was quite small (but clean and nice) |

Room 901 was satisfactory, the late checkout at 1pm was a lifesaver as the traffic noise from the road below can be heard from level 9 and that kept me sleepless and then I fell asleep and woke up late at 12 midday without knowledge. Rooms were clean and bedding was excellent. Lighting is adequate. Bathroom / toilet leaves much to be desired as it was tight and cramp to manouever in. 1) Yes, the second day (Tuesday 3rd November) of the stay, the toilet paper and bottled water was not replenished and we were left without any toilet rolls or paper. Called reception and told it would be sent straight away, nothing came and waited for a long time. Had to send partner to corridor and was lucky enough to find a roll of toilet paper in storage room. 2) Also the noise insulation can be improved as the traffic noise from the street below is annoying. 3) Give your concierge a stool by the ground floor entry door, that would keep them rested and proactive to act quickly when needed and not just stand behind the desk whilst on duty for a delayed reaction. |
