The hotel has taken a guarantee before the arrival to the hotel. The hotel did not return this guarantee.

Good location, near everything except MTR station.

Only one elevator working, the airconditioning in our room was not getting cold.

The staff were very helpful and trying to accommodate all my needs. Fast response as well.

Free wifi, clean room, security card for the elevator, a little difficult to find (better map it before you go).

There's a 10% service fee on top of the hotel rates, so please keep this in mind.

The room was not clean , the glass window in the bathroom . For 2500hkd a night not a selection of tea . Not tv5 and no breakfast !!!

the view is very nice above 15th floor and the superior room size is correct.

we had booked a junior superior room which was much too small and with the bed in front of a window with a strong direct vis a vis with another building. we had to pay an additional fee to have a superior room above 15th floor, with larger size and nice view.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff was very efficient and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Excellent free internet. And a great location, next to a vibrant market and lots of great places to eat.

No option for breakfast.

The location is very convenient

The room was dirty and we had to change 3 times our room to finally get something decent. The Manager was very helpful and ended up offering us a bottle of wine to apologize but still it doesn't give me the will to come back....

not well maintained a lot of dust smell out of sink...rooms are very very small for the price you hear everything from you neighbor while you are sleeping e.g when he or she go's to toilet take shower close the door etc...

The hotel porter was extremely unfriendly. Dvd did not work. Room was very cold and heating system was hard to use and didn`t really work. No advice on the room. Carpet was dirty. Drawers were dirty and I had to clean them. Wardrobes were hard to open. It was a Superior Queen room however it was a box. I could go on!
